I was impressed with the Saints tonight against the Bengals. The one thing that still concerns me about the Saints however is their passing def which haunted them last yr as well.

Who wants to watch the (ass) Rams and the Chargers??

About the D-backs, I was pretty pleased with the offseason moves but they have looked pretty bad so far.. I mean, when Fred Thomas, the worst CB we had last year, is the bright spot, something is wrong.. But, the Colts won the Super Bowl last year with a horrid run D, so as long as we put up more points than the opposing team, as is well..

9 times out of 10 an amazing offense will not win you a Superbowl if you have a shitty defense. There are definitely exceptions but that seems to be the rule.

Well, we have a solid front 7, it's just that our D-backs seem to give up way too many big plays.. As I said, I didn't see last nights game but from what I've heard Jason David did an excellent job against Chad Johnson.. Also, I believe Roman Harper will be a beast as long as he can stay healthy..

Rams looked rather shitty today. Bulger had a pretty terrible INT. Whatever though, not gonna get too worried, it's just preseason.

Yeah, who would wanna watch Rams Chargers. Especially if it was regular season, I mean, Steven Jackson going up against Ladanian Tomlinson. Yeah, terrible matchup. Those teams are not fun to watch at all.

That is a great point Gonzo. The Superbowl winning teams usually win it with great defense. Even the Colts were playing great defense in the playoffs.
