All those stats don;t mean shit, any team...every team can be the exception.

The dives...emmbarassing, yes

unneeded...absofuckinlutley. They drive me nuts...no matter what the team. Sedin, Thomas in this series...whoever else the previous series, and some new guys in game 4. Like it or not, it's part of the game. I will admit its part of the (cheap) game the Nucks are better at.

Take it out of the game, I wont complain. Nucks are better than that, they are elite without having to resort to that.

I was against Shawn Thornton starting over Tyler Seguin at first, but I forgot that he's the vocal leader of the Bruins and his presence on the ice sparked some more life into the team. I haven't seen the Bruins get into a goalie's head that badly in a long time, and this was Roberto Luongo.

Horton has a severe concussion and is done for the season to no one's surprise. Hopefully it doesn't affect him next year, don't want another Savard.

Yeah hopefully not. The Bruins can't catch a break when it comes to concussions. At least this time they rallied instead of doing nothing like when Matt Cooke hit Savard.

Even if Rome doesn't get suspended(he should) Ballard should be in the lineup over him anyway.

Bullshit. He went out of his way to hit him in the head. It would have been easier for him to go for the torso. So, intentional blow to the head which could have been prevented. Playing like a goon got him suspended 4 games not the intent of the injury.

4 games was really excessive. Eager's hit on Sedin was way way worse and he got nothing. I think the call on the ice was the right call and if you feel the need to suspend no more than one game. I'd say that if the roles were reversed. 4 was too much.

The league outright said that the severity of the hit was a big reason for the suspension. If that's true, why didn't Chara get anything for his hit on that Montreal guy? Both were hockey plays, neither guy went out of his way to hurt anybody, but this is 4 games?Stupid. My problem is the lack of consistency by the league.

Because this is the first suspension dispensed since Douchebag Campbell stepped down, so nothing prior to this matters. It's this point forward that matters.

The only reason Mike Murphy was handling this instead of Colin Campbell is because of Gregory Campbell.

If I remember right, Brendan Shanahan is taking over next year, and it may even be by committee instead of 1 person deciding on suspensions.

Excellent game from the Bruins tonight. This is a great position to be in going into game 5, hopefully we can steal that one and come back to Boston with three wins.

And yes, I thought Marchand's actions at the end of the game were pretty bush league but I couldn't help but laugh at Ehrhoff being completely fine with being the second man in but wanting no part of Darth Quaider. Turtled like a motherfucker.

Fucking hell...I'll say it.

Send a plugger in like Glass and take a run at Thomas when he's out of his crease(IE 90% of the game)

Run him fast, run him hard....just make sure he's out of his crease.

Nucks can beat the Bruins, but they can't beat Thomas.

Reminds me of Hasek's Sabres but with a better team up front.

I don't know, I think Boston's done a great job of silencing the Sedins and co. and it goes beyond Thomas. Seidenberg was a monster tonight, for instance. Who's having a good series thus far for Vancouver in your estimation?
