God dammit. It sucks that when hockey's back and everything, is when I start working 40-50 hour weeks at work so I tend to lose track of all the happenings and stuff. Can't really follow my fantasy teams either. I still manage to watch every Pens game though, and I think God is punishing me.

Time to stir the pot a little. Hopefully this will add some posts to the thread. Ovechkin or Crosby? Who would you rather have on your team.

Personally I would rather have Ovechkin, as he is playing amazing and has nothing in the way of supporting cast. Let this guy play with Mario and Co. and I believe he puts up insane numbers for a rookie.

Let the debate begin.

Ovechkin.

I think at the end of both of their careers, Crosby will have better numbers and be a better player, but right now Ovechkin all the way.

I'd take Ovechkin too. Maybe in a few years I'll feel differently. Russians can be spectacular when they first break in but often become moody and a headache in the locker room. I can't say that about him right now, and hopefully he doesn't become like that.

Crosby has the scoring touch too but when you play with Lemieux and Palfy and Gonchar and LeClair, you don't have to always try and score like Ovechkin.
