I'm talking Fantasy wise, David. I don't expect his team's to win, but I at least expected him to put up 20 points per game.

I was a HUGE malone/stockton fan in the early 90's, and I've always followed them, through thick and thin.

Well I read in the Indy Star that he was injured but they were still playing him off the bench. And if he is now playing 34-36 minutes per game, I would hardly call that benched.

I really think that Emeka Okafor is the best center in the league now. Chris Bosh could be considered it, but he is more of a forward, IMO.

You'd rather have a guy who is injury prone, had no explosivness around the rim and has average scoring ability?

I take some of that back, looking at his stats this year, but i'd take Yao Ming without even thinking about it. Much better player.

The APcers really need Jackson though. Other than O'Neal they really don't have a consistant scoring threat. Granger is developing nicely, but he's not a #2 option yet

Emeka Okafor: 19.3 Pts, 12.1 Rebs, 3.9 Blks, 1.7 Asts, 56.1 FG%
Yao Ming: 26.3 Pts, 10.6 Rebs, 1.8 Blks, 1.7 Asts, 51.9 FG% I didn't realize that Yao was scoring that much, but in terms of what you really want from a center, Emeka is my man. He had eight blocks the other night and is an absolute beast on the boards. |

But Yao opens up everything. I think next year Yao will be scoring 30 a game easily. Having a guy like him giving you 25 and 10, opens everything up on offense and add a healthy McGrady, thats big shit. I think Yao is the best Center in the league. |

Shocking news out of Indiana
Associated Press. November 25th 2006 The word out of Indiana is that Jermaine O'neal, there All-Star Center/Power forward, is playing like a fucking man now. Indiana beat the Cavs last night. |

Trade deadline should be interesting. I get the feeling Chicago will make a serious run and trading for Jermaine O'neal, if they continue to strugle. If Indiana is winning and O'neal continues to play like he has the past 5 games, it could be a tough decision for Donnie Walsh. I know Indiana probably wouldnt accept any trade for O'neal that didnt inclue Nocioni. And sense Nocioni for O'neal isnt exactly even, Ben Gordon would probably have to be throw in there also.
Should be interesting. Chicago with O'neall, Deng and Wallace in there front court, with that Kansas kid running the PG position, is nuts. |

I would think Chicago goes after Kevin Garnett real hard too. For Indiana, although I think they should lose JO, I'm not sure if they would because he really is the face of the franchise. As for KG, I just really can't see a trade that would actually benefit the Wolves unless it was the Knicks draft pick, Ben Gordon and Luol Deng, at least.

Pistons continue rolling with 6 straight wins! Didn't like the hack-a-Chauncey strategy, but they still beat the Wizards. I actually went to the game last Wednesday v Atlanta.

The Nuggets don't have close to as good of a team as the Jazz though. Camby is injury prone, Nene is average, who is the shooting guard? The Jazz are just the much more complete team this year.
