Lashley looked great tonight. Better than I've ever seen him. I left RIGHT after the pinfall....there was a handshake after? Lashley could totally turn heel right now.

WWE thought about turning Lashley heel tonight I read on the WO but they decided to go with the handshake, maybe at SS it will happen.

Word. The F-U, top rope or not, has got to be the weakest main eventer finishing move since Hulk Hogan pioneered the Hogan Leg Drop; and that was back when finishers like that were acceptable.

It's impossible for me to believe that the F-U is any more powerful than a regular suplex or even a powerslam. It's a pick up and a drop. Nothing more. Gravity and intertia. Woo hoo. Steve Austin broke people's necks. You could learn from him, Cena.

lol give me a break, its fucking pro wrestling. You can name any finishing move and be like "How does that hurt more then a Superplex?" or something like that, I mean everyones favorite Stone Cold Steve Austin had punishing looking finisher, that's for sure.

Well at least with that, there was the element that Rock was using his strength to push the guy down onto the mat, rather than letting gravity do the work.

All Cena needs to do is turn the FU into a decent DVD and he'll got a solid looking finisher, the fool!

Agreed. I need to retract my earlier statement that I would rather crap for two and a half hours rather than watch this.

US Title was probably the best match for me, says enough about me I suppose. IC title match was solid and was probably the right ouctome for now - same for the WWE Title Match. Now isn't the time to drop Cena.

Enjoyable.

I was kinda disappointed with the ECW title match, but that's probably because I was REALLY looking forward to it, and the ending came off....pretty blah. I'm happy with the winner, though.

LOL @ the ECW title match. Virtual silence for the competitors entrance, and then quite possibly the quietest title match I've ever seen. The end was awful as well. A kick to the thigh finish? Ouch. Morrison and Punk did themselves no favours in that joke fest.

The Hardy's were the winners of the night, they both looked great. Jeff moreso, he looked great against Umagy, and the way he sold those moves were amazing. Matt was good, though MVP continues to improve.

Enjoyed Sandman/Carlito - not much else to say about it.

Cruiserweight Open was good, then that ending - stupid isn't the word.

Kane jobs again. Enough said.

Cena/Lashley has to have been one of the weirdest matches I've seen in terms of the crowd. They didn't know who they wanted to boo. It didn't help the match really, and made me firmly believe that most of them were idiots. We all knew who would win, although I did think Lashley had it after he kicked out of the first FU. Shitty ending to what could have been a return to form in PPVs had they picked the right ending.

Jagger Vedder Morrison and Punk I thought did the most they could given a quiet crowd. Both guys were bumping, especially Morrison with that monkey flip. The match really got going when Van Halen tried to leave with the title, but they just stopped it. The finish did them no favors.

Finish just looked weak and then he has time to tiemly drop from the turnbuckle and lie on him. Just looked stupid. Really weak.

lol at JR calling the "Whisper in the Wind" (stoopid naem anyway imo) the "twist of fate" when Hardy was running up the turnbuckle.
