Yeah, I think they were worried, that with it being the first SvR game on 360, that if they included the option to import your own music for playing in the background or to use for wrestler's themes, that they would have had to severely cut back on what they had planned, but I believe that SvR 2008 for 360 will probably include the option to import music from the hard drive, as there is obviously more than enough room for it to be squeezed in.

I really don't see how adding one feature would be so hard, considering that other games do it. Just two selections would be needed: one for CAW and one for the background.

I have this game, it's alright. I just really hate how the tag-teams are announced and how your Create An Entrance CAW's only come out with the belt during part of the Entrance or even at all.

This would work if it was something large or ambitious like voiceovers or 4 costume slots.

I think they did it to further push the licensed music. Which will likely backfire, as most of the people I know have simply put their HDD library on play instead.

In the other Smackdown games when you chose tights for your CAW, you could edit how long they are. They dont have that in this game......why?

Same with female.

How do you lose finishers? I've found myself several times going from having a banked special to not having one. I'm not using it, so I'm not getting countered, and I'm not possum pinning (I didn't that by accident twice, but I was aware of that because it's obvious).

I THINK this also happens when you're on the ground and press something to get up instantly.

That's what seems to happen when I seemingly randomly lose one anyway.

I don't think there's a way to get up quickly... It's happened to me too. What it is for me is I'm pounding buttons, and hitting the button for the possum pin as well by mistake, and when the computer attacks, it treats it as a missed possum pin attempt and takes it away.

You might also lose your stored finisher if you counter an UCM, thats helped me out alot during online play.

for anyone who has SVR07 for PS2:

does your game lag and slow down considerably when using 6 guys in the ring at once. whenever i do a 3 way tornado tag or armageddon hell in a cell my guy moves slowly and the whole match sucks. the ps2 seemingly cant handle 6 characters at once? elimination chamber however gives me no problem or any other type of match.

is ths just my ps2 starting to break down?

I remember in 06 there would be slowdown in six man matches (especially in the Cell and Elimination Chamber), so it wouldn't surprise me.

It happens. My guess after looking at the PS2 version is that it was unfinished.

I was doing a 6 man battle royal last night. Came down to me as the Boogeyman, Lashley, and Angle. Angle had one finisher stored. Lashley pins Angle, and I'm waiting on the top turnbuckle. Just when he turns around I go for a double axehandle, he reverses it by kicking me in the gut, nice feature, then when Kurt dissapeared due to elimination, he just appears for a second and gives me an Angle Slam. Then Lashley beats me a minute later. Has that happened to anyone else?

All I did to beat the challenge was to change Mickie's finishers to Pedigree 2 for the L1 finisher and RKO for the < & L1 finisher, and set Khali's finishers to Candice's...oh, btw, YOU'RE WELCOME.

Has anyone gotten the running grapple glitch finisher glitch to work, apparantly there's way to hit running grapples (spear espcially I think) on guys who are in mid animation like I guess in mid UCM or something, I can't get it to work at all, dunno if it's supposed to be done using a finisher or what though.

LMAO nevermind got it, heh best I speared Snitsky whole he was holding Holly in a fallaway slam position, Holly stayed floating in the ring and I pinned Snitsky.

Fucking Eh even better, HHH pedigrees Masters just before the animation ends (ie a split second before Masters hits the mat face first) I spear HHH, Masters ges full pedigree damage and is out HHH gets full damage from my finisher and I pin HHH

I get more smooth games than not. The time it takes buttons to register is a pain, but usually I get smooth games, unless I'm playing from someone in the UK or something.

Elimination Chamber? Sounds sweet. On 06 the FUNNIEST thing happened to me. Someone had a CAW Brock Lesnar as ref an a last man standing. I chaired him on accident and they both whooped me ass.
