I read on IGN that you can choose the outcome to matches in GM mode in order to start stories etc.

So is GM mode gonna be in kayfabe like everything is for real.its not stories its real life

or will it be like real life where you push guys and start up rivalries with pre set outcomes?

i also read you can actually play the matches. which implies you can lose without wanting to.

and since you can also choose the outcome...

whether it's kayfabe or mark wise is upto you. i guess

Sounds good and doable. Simpley team them up over several weeks continually, have them lose matches for a few weeks and slowly unraval until you split them up.Then have promos go back and forth etc.

It would be cool in GM mode if you can pick what you want the superstars to say when you cut a promo. Like type out some stuff, not the whole thing, just little things. Like I would like to have Angle say something like "BENOIT! IM A BIG STUPD FUCKING IDIOT! You are messing with an Olympic hero!" and then Undertaker comes out and says "DING DONG GOES MY BONG! You will tap out, Kurt"

LOL! And then Taker comes out dressed like the Chef Boyardee guy and he says "ARRRR! AHOY MATIES"

The part where is says you can customise your grapples for CAW's is brilliant, so many original guys are gonna come out of that mode now

That (the grappling thing) really is a good idea. It's really frustrating trying to create, for example, luchadores in earlier games, because the Power, Signature, Submission, and Whatever-The-Fourth-Thing-Was were really restrictive. Now, CAWS of the Mexicools will actually behave like the Mexicools instead of like Triple H with fast moves.

Hmm it says that you have a maximum of 20 slots for your roster in GM Mode (but aren't required to fill that many spots)

Who are you guys gonna try and get?

I'll be using SD (because of the cruiserweights), and I'll likely make HHH my #1 overall pick if possible so I can job him the hell out to the likes of Jericho, Benoit, Kane, Eddie, Christian, Booker, the cruiserweights, etc. etc.

Might even try and pick up a diva for one show so I can job HHH to her

I may simulate a Rumble, just to see as many guys as I can and hear as many entrance themes as possible. Then, it's off to Season mode. (I'll answer Vito's question later)

probably wont do GM mode until I have enough CAWs to make a league of 90% CAWs.

I CAWs... usually I only use the actual wrestlers the first few weeks, while buildng up all my CAWs. After that I only use the wrestlers i really like

Nah but seriously, I'll do my traditional EC match first, followed by a Buried Alive, a Rumble, and then some other clusterfuck matches just to see everyone before diving into season

1st I'm gonna do a singles match with Paul London.

Then I'll explore some of the new match types with Hassan and Eugene.

Basically I'm gonna try out all the new wrestlers in the game and try to see all the entrances.

Then I'm prob gonna do a season mode, way too many guys too choose though. Angle, Benjamin and Hassan are my short list
