Ok, lemme see if I've got this straight.

-Everyone gets the 4.1.4 update. Shouldn't be a prob (having said that anyone on 56k you might need to use a download manager to grab it )

-For the database, are we saying run with the default database that comes with the game, or everyone use an update manager and synchronise to an updated one? It'd be cool to do the latter but I guess on the other hand there are benefits to the other as well.

-How many leagues would we be running? (It depends on whoever hosts really and what their machine can manage) - I'd guess just run the English leagues?

Yep, 4.1.4, original database, because some updates screw up the whole server data file, plus getting another update would be another 2 hours of someone on 56k's time.

I think we might as well just do the prem, that way its easier on the person's machine + data will load faster for 56k

Yeah, sounds good.

There are a few minor difficulties.

We wont all be online at the same time, and I dunno bout CM4, but on the red CM the managers status is set to on holiday when the network game is played without them, and then they piss around with the team and sell players, and buy players. And no way will we be online at the same time alot.

Ok, that was the only real issue.

On my network game, RBF got sacked, and then took charge of Villa, who were 9th at the time, and they only stayed up on goal difference. They had a better Goal difference then Boro, who was the tgeam he got sacked from.

man though, i was against man united, i think i beat them 4-2, but my best player went out with a torn groin muscle for like the last two months of the season, and my team just went to shit entirely

but he came back and we beat newcastle 4-1 and everton 5-4, which was a fucking painful game to watch

Oh yeah also, theres some 'help' sites that reccomend good players.

Which is basically cheat sites to help win stuff.

I think there should be a list of players we can't buy.

People with the red champ will be familiar with To Madiera, N'Daiye and Samba, amongst others

Yeah I'd be up for starting end of March/Start of April. BUT, in June i wont be able to play much, and then i might be away for 4 weeks on holiday through July. So if we want to shift this back to August

Nah I dont mind my status going on holiday for a couple of months.
