He will, considering he's probably the closest thing to an actual main eventer they have. Also, the big names can be drafted by the rules, I assume, but the WWE's purpose with this is to move the mid-carders and like around.

Exactly.

SmackDown! is strengthening their mid-card pretty good. Now all they need is a mid-card title. To be honest, I'd mark out if Carlito kept his streak going, and won the US Title in his re-debut on SmackDown! from Matt Hardy after Night of Champions.

The only thing I dislike about the draft is how the brands get so messed up, that you have no clue what you are going to see on them the following week. The WWE should announce some scheduled matches for RAW, ECW and SmackDown! following Night of Champions.

Oh, and I also dislike how the draft becomes irrelevant when people float around wherever.

Is there really a point in moving Layla to RAW. She plays a great character, but it works within the context of ECW. She's never really been the top female star, nor can she really wrestle.

My guess: The WWE has no clue what it is doing with at least some of these picks. Not a great sign for Matt Striker and Brian Kendrick.
