Some of the Mexican feds use a 6-sided ring for events, and it works because the ring is HUGE, so you don't really notice the difference, except wheh they execute the spots.

But TNA's seems tiny. It honestly feels like the bigger competitors could put their hand on one turnbuckle and reach over and touch the opposite corner. I don't know...maybe Mexicans are shorter.

Yeah, it does seem extremely tiny, and that's why I hate it.

The 6 sided ring is great for X Division matches, but when I'm watching heavyweights, mid card heavyweights, and tag team...I want to see it in a normal ring.

What about the 'any publicity is good publicity' angle? I mean granted there are many who are unhappy, but the PPV as a whole is getting much wider recognition because of it, say JJ beat Nash in the main event (which is likely) chances are no one would of given a rats ass at all, because it was expected, something different happened and it caused a stir, rightly or wrongly.

I for one have never watched a TNA ppv live, but the more I hear the more I want to, if a UK channel picks it up, i'd watch them.

Only thing that really bugged me was bringing in Jushin Liger for a 8 minute match against Samoa Joe. I mean with a company who's main base is hardcore internet fans, they hear Joe vs. Liger and they expect 15-20 minutes. Nothing against the match cause I haven't seen it, it could be an 8 minute smark wet dream for all I know, but cmon...8 minutes?

If TNA really does make it big (sometimes I think no though), their main fan base won't be the net fans anymore...it'll be the casual fan.

I stand by my opinion that this title change was good. It was completely different to anything the WWE have done recently. They took a guy, who has a fairly solid fanbase, fairly solid wrestling skills and a fairly strong background, and they had him tear it up and really make an impact by winning three major matches.

When has the WWE had Booker T win the title unexpectedly, Chris Benoit win the title unexpectedly or Chris Jericho win the title unexpectedly. All the title changes are telegraphed from several miles away. TNA"s last three title changes have been fairly unpredictable, and that, even if it makes the matches less epic, makes the matches more exciting, makes TNA more exciting and it makes the title seem like it could change hands on any given night.

I just see something charming about Rhino as Champion. He didn't use his position to get the title, he used the title to get his position, and that really interests me.

I wouldn't make this a temporary thing. Jarrett does not need to win the belt back, and Rhino does not need to lose it. I'd have Rhino face AJ Styles at the Primetime special, and have him retain the title. As for Genesis? I'd probably do some kind of big mulit-man match in which Rhino can retain the belt, again.

I'm going to try another angle here as well. Maybe TNA is trying to impress Paul Heyman? Granted they made a bit of fun of him during the funeral segment, but he's a great booker and has a fantastic mind for the business. Rhino was Heyman's pet project during ECW's dying days. By carrying that on, TNA might win over Heyman when Paul E.'s contract expires later this year.

I don't believe in that line. Did the publicity that Al Gore 'Invented the internet" help him in 2000? There is such a thing as bad publicity, and When you consider the limited scope of this "publicity," I'd wager more harm than good is being done.

What makes you say that? I can't seem Impact!, so I'm not entirely sure if they've insulted him in the past or something, but I'm just curious as to why there is "no way".

I'm sure Heyman isn't even in their minds right now. Heyman still has like a year left on his contract.

And what does that have to do with right now?

Nash vs. Jarrett was for the marks, Joe/Liger was for the workrate fans

I seriously think if Paul E. got released (which I don't think Vince is stupid enough to do) He would probably want to start a promotion again, and now he knows what not to do.
