I don't get it, they said it was so they could have some flexibility in terms of pinch hitting/running but they don't have much speed on the bench except for Ellsbury so I dunno

I kinda figured Wakefield wouldn't be on the roster, but a little surprised that Tavarez is off it too considering he is great for spot starts or pitching in relief nearly every game. Now it looks like Lester is the 4th starter.

Nice win by the Rockies, really wanna see them go far.
