Anyone else hit what I'm going to call a "jackpot lobby?"

A couple of times now, I've been in lobbies where armoured trucks just keep spawning. I made over 200 grand yesterday, even though three of us were taking turns actually grabbing the cash (sharing cash doesn't seem to work right now). We got almost no missions, and I'm not sure if it was a glitch or just favour of the RNG gods.

I've had that a few times. It was a solo online lobby so I got it all to myself. Truck after truck with crate drops inbetween.

Other lobbies have nothing going on. I think it's a luck thing. Sometimes you get nothing, sometimes you get something and other times you get jackpot lobby.

I robbed a truck just now, the guard came out, looked at me as I stood there looking back at him and he just got back in the truck and left. No firefight, no wanted stars, nothing. Free money.

I don't think I like the way the planes etc spawn online. If I'm rank 25, I get the chinook type helicopter that I can use to pick up cars. When I hit 30, I lose them and get the buzzard instead.

Maybe they should have the buzzard appear in one place when you reach the required rank but the chinook still around somewhere else.

Huh? The Cargo Bob still spawns down on the southern dock. I'm over level 35 I think, and it's still always there for me.

Yeah, this is kind of dumb. I guess the only option if you want a Cargobob becomes buying it. And I don't want it bad enough.

And if you were of a proper level for what Drakul's describing to happen, then you might have something. The Buzzard (the helicopter that replaces the Cargobob) doesn't unlock for purchase until like level 42, and doesn't start spawning at helipads until about 43.

It is possible, however, they still spawn on the southern dock after that, as I haven't checked. I have more fun flying the attack chopper.

It spawned there for me for a while but it's gone now. Buzzard everytime. I'm level 46, I think.

I want to say all aircrafts you've unlocked are somewhere in the airport once you unlock them, but I'm not positive. I know the cargo plane is in the hanger because I love me some kamikaze-ing with it as I've talked about before. (Also, can they please patch it so we can open up that cargo hatch?)

But just helipads themselves at Trevor's and the marina, yeah it's kind of dumb and I wish what you want could be selectable instead.

BUT, I don't know why you wouldn't choose the attack buzzard anyway.

You mean the Titan? It spawns, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't replace anything.

I checked a bunch of helipads, including the south dock, and the only place I've seen a cargobob not replaced by a buzzard was inside the military base. And even then, it might be skewed because I was cruising with someone of a lower level.

Yeah, I've made/spent that much already. It's easy to rack up money through races and other activities anyway.

The Emblem Creation tool through the Social Club needs lettering though. It's tedious resizing/positioning pieces to make letters.

Yes he did and I congratulated him for it. I got congratulated for making it for so long. I actually ran for almost 30 minutes because I didn't want to just sit in the apartment and wait, but my son was hungry and I had to cook dinner. Had a pretty good group playing, tho. In single player, you can regain health if you switch to another character and back again.
This works for oxygen too, so I had Trevor swim to the bottom of the Pacific ocean. Reached the bottom, switched to Michael and back and Trevor fell out of the sky, having looped from the bottom of the ocean to the top.

There's been no announcement of paid DLC yet. I'm sure there will be, but it means there's no word on when it all drops. The stuff we know about for GTA Online is free.

When I get to the bottom I go back to the top of the sky....

But yeah. This was necessary in order to do the briefcase trick. Never seen anyone go into freefall from the ocean, though.

It might have been because I was so far out that the ocean had no bottom. It just went to darkness, eventually.

Anyone seeing a lot of glitches recently?


A friend of mine tried a dumpster that looked like a jump. He landed on thin air. Twice. I tried it and hit a barrier every time. Invisible barrier. There appeared to be a ramp there, though.



I parked this car outside my garage. When I came back out, it was now hovering.

Yeah, Crashed my bike into a chainlink fence and it got wedged through it. When I got on it, it would spasm and buck me off. Kicking it made it spasm and spark violently.


These guy in an office in a hanger at the airport. They are supposed to be typing but the arms are too high.


There was a time, not long after online launched, I was going to see RoXer as he robbed a store. As I reached him, his car spawned in the air, fell to the ground and blew up.

I was in a race yesterday and it was glitching fairly badly. I bumped one car and then it was on my roof for a few secs, then glitched in front of me, then flipped over. I then flipped over because I swerved to avoid him and hit a guard rail.

I was racing with friends when one hit where I was slipstreaming a guy to pass him, but instead of me catching up to him he glitched back a few dozen yards, right on my front wheel. I bet it looked spectacular when we wrecked. And since we were second and third place, we made a mess for everyone else.

Usually, it's The Commute that I notice the most players.

My least favorite is the one around the prison...just way too monotonous for more than maybe one lap.

No, you have to be the one to kill them yourself. Usefull if you want to try and slow them down so you can catch up with them to kill them, though.
