Rockstar states they have started to deposit the first stimulus package into players bank accounts but do warn that this is going to be a gradual process and will take a few days to ensure everyone gets their money.

Yeah they probably were. I got invited into it and the guy was all "lets take turns letting each other win so I can rank up". After I beat him 3 in a row he got pissed, called me an asshole and disappeared.

One of my friends always complains we all have more money than him. He has a similar spending problem. We've even helped him jack armoured trucks. He just can't hang on to it.

My only regret is when I spent money on a Crusader. I wish I had known it was a deliverable, unmoddable vehicle.

I've still got around $200,000+ left. I just wanted to buy something. I've already bought all the clothes available to me, minus sunglasses and headphones/ear defenders.

It's always fun to rob an armoured truck or some other money making activity.

I hate vehicles that are unmoddable. I saw someone with a neon dune buggy online. I really want one for myself but I've not idea where I'd find it. The only car that matches it is rare and unmoddable.

Found a villa type spot with a limo but you can't mod or store it. Shot this guy that's always standing outside and a full hispanic gang spawned and attacked.

Found a JCB. Used it to flip NPC cars over and scooped up and drove off with some guys mountain bike.

Glitched in the barbar chair and ended up doubled.

My Canis Crusader could be redeployed from Pegasis by all appearances. You can also insure it, but it takes up a slot in your garage, can't be modded, and can't be parked back in your garage (though it'll be there the next time you boot up).

You probably cannot insure the Buzzard or the tank, as you still have to go into a LSC to insure the Crusader. But I'm certain you can respawn one for the same price as spawning one the first time.

I noticed that Drakul always has a helicopter/plane/sub available to him. Do you have to buy a hanger/dock to keep these?

There are no docks/hangars for sale as of yet. Either he does what I do and dashes for a helipad/whatever at the beginning or he purchased one and calls it in through Pegasus.

Subs are found at the marina/docks. Look for the apartments that look like "HH" from above.

Kane Knight is right, I get helicopters from helipads. I also call Merry Weather for a helicopter pickup and kill the pilot to steal the helicopter.

If they put a bounty for stealing the car simply get out and sticky bomb it and blow it up. If they care enough to put a man to death for a car they deserve to be screwed.

I know you can call in at least some of the vehicles you can call through Pegasus (which is supposed to be all of the Cache and Carry vehicles), so I'm hoping....

He's almost certainly talking about the NPCs doing this. I mean, I suppose you could still "get back" at the NPC, but it seems pointless and a little expensive. Probably cheaper just to shoot it until it blows or drive it into a river.

Something that bugs me about the bounty system is that, if someone is REALLY bugging you and you put a bounty on them, all they have to do is leave the game and go into solo online for 20 minutes or so to get that money themselves.

You're effectively giving them money for pissing you off or paying them to leave you alone.

I've tried to put a bounty on the person trying to do the Specific Car export. It didn't work because I ended up killing the person after they traded the car in and got my bounty money back.

The free Beach Bums pack is coming out next week. One of the new weapons is a broken bottle.

We'll be getting a ton of new clothing options too. I'm hoping for something that wont make my character look like a stripper but I wont hold my breath.
