It's only week ONE. Peyton is just that good. Broncos are that good. I hope this defense looks better next week against Sanchez or I'll start to worry.

The Bengals were 1-7 last year vs teams with .500 records. Dalton threw 10 ints vs 5 tds in those 7 losses. The key to their team last year was the 7th ranked defense which only has 2 starters returning. They are playing a tougher schedule this year...at most they'll be 4-12..I think Cleveland could win at least 4;games..

Despite him becoming a Bronco back in March and playing in the preseason, actually seeing Peyton playing like his old self in another uniform was surreal. Even the postgame presser seems weird with a Broncos backdrop.

Good for him. Broncos should be a fun team to watch this year.

I wouldn't. I have little doubt Alabama would be curbstomped by any NFL team. Every year people claim that a college team could beat a team from the NFL and every year I think it's ridiculous.

Maybe so, but relative to college teams they're still way better. The level of talent is hard to ignore. The guys buried on the depth chart and practice squad of NFL teams were more than likely still among the best players on their respective college teams.

Droford, are you really implying that the Browns are a better team than the Bengals? That's just preposterous! I mean, Weeden is clearly going to have a horrible season and that offense looked putrid. Then again Philly looked just as abysmal. In a game that had 8 interceptions, neither of those teams look like they're going to have a good year. So long Andy Reid.

Even though it's only 1 game and even though I have nothing against the Packers, Saints and Giants, it's good to see the "establishment" of the NFC get beat to start the season. The NFC should be really fun to watch this year.
