So far it look's pretty good.

Im not going to get too excited just yet. I learnt frm last year.

No doubt ill pick this up when it hits the stores round November time i would assume.

Im already preferring this Roster already.

I hope they don't get released before this game comes out.

Dunno if its old (im not going back pages to see if it has been mentioned in one of those huge articles) but in an interview, Jimmy Hart mentioned he just got through recording 3 hours of audio for SvR2006.
So hes probably going to be in there and it looks like legends will now have Voice overs.

Meh, that honestly didn't look that impressive to me... A lot of the new meters looked retarded too.

So THAT"S what the Power Irish Whip looks like/means. Now THAT'S cool. And what are you talking about Fryza? Compared to SVR 1, that match looked way more true to real-life wrestling matches and was very realistic. The pacing was more gradual, and the fatigue that the wrestlers showed was very believable.

I just don't like the automatic rope-break. If a wrestler is beaten down enough, then no rope break should happen, no matter how close to the ropes you are. A beaten down wrestler will not put his leg on the rope.

And why not actually show the wrestler's leg go up on the rope? In NONE of the wrestling games has the leg going up actually been shown.

I like that new power irish whip. Make's it more realistic. The new animations are great too.

I think in Legends of Wrestling when they grabbed the rope they actually grabbed it. Haven't played that for a while though.

I think there’s no point of the powerful Irish Whip, and I think the sound FX are WAY over the top, they need to tone them down a bit.

Woah, thats looking pretty good. LOVE the power Irish Whip, and the whole stamina concept.
Gotta agree with Cool King on the sound effects, they're set way too high.

The power Irish Whip looks awesome....I just hope that they make it so that if somebody power Irish Whips you in a Rumble you don't automatically go toppling out....would make the match WAYYY too easy

The stamina thing is great as well.

Hopefully the songs are just temporary and they give us some new stuff (and if not....I hope they give us a playlist or make it so that the same songs don't keep getting played over and over while others are ignored)...if I have to hear Alone at least once a match, long live the Mute Button

And yeah, I agree with Cool King that the sound effects are too high....especially the bone crackling with nearly every move

Last I checked, the US release date is November 1st.....and even then it'll more than likely get pushed back more.........even if it stays November 1st, still about 75 days away

Apparently a UK magazine (PSM? Whatever had Cena on the front...) have confirmed that some superstars will have super-special finishers that you can pull off if you save 2 specials (basically the cost of what it is to steal a finisher)

The two confirmed are:

Batista -
1 special: He'll have the same Batista Bomb as SVR, and maybe a spinebuster or something else as his second finisher
2 specials: Use both specials at the same time for a new, re-animated, more powerful Batista Bomb

Randy Orton -
1 special: 2-handed RKO from last game, and whatever his other special is (was it Super RKO or Overdrive? I dunno)
2 specials: The badass mo-capped 1-handed RKO you've seen in the previews

I think you mean PLAY. That magazine rules, saw it in the store yesterday but had no money to buy it but on the cover,with the pic of Cena, they said they played it and its the greatest wrestling game ever.They also said on the cover that the PS3 will play PC games and there was also "Another 30 things you didn't know about the PS3" so anyone who has it, please let me know what it says.
