Overall a pretty good Raw. Christian making an appearance. The Showmiz winning the tag belts. Cena/Vince/Bret segment was a great finish. I especially liked the HBK promo backstage with Teddy getting SCM. I like where they are going with this "frustration" HBK has.

Side note, I thought it was really bad booking to have the sheamus/christian match end clean. They should have ended it another way, keeping both guys strong for a futrure match-up.

I don't know, summer is a pretty big time for them to be making money. Though the build to SummerSlam is usually pretty good too. Not Mania quality, but not shit either.

I'd say January-April and July-August are WWE's best months.

Well with Christian making his way off of ECW, they had to put him back in his place, which is usually underground.

I thought the match was booked well enough. I actually got see Sheamus work, and Christian was in no way squashed, and looked credible despite losing. Sheamus needed the win more than anything.

I have to admit he's been growing on me, due largely to his mic work over recent weeks. They haven't really let him turn loose match wise, other than last night, but he's handled himself well on the stick.

The McMahon/Cena/Hart segment was great, and I'd much rather watch cena in his current role. I think it's fairly obvious that Cena/Bats will be going down at Mania, which makes me content seeing as niether will be anywhere near the title picture, which I think is good and refrshing for both their characters.

Vince/Bret seems to now have drifted away from Cena/Bats and is now heading in its own direction, just as the rumors led us to believe shortly after Bret signed. I'm excited to see what happens next, as last night's usage of Hart was great. From beating up "security" to smashing monitors, I enjoyed the entire segment (outside of Bret falling over himself).

Agreed. It would have been different if he just flopped out of nowhere. Though I admit I was a bit concerned for him as he was breathing real heavy and seemed burnt by the time he got to the announce table. I though he was going to have a heart attack.

He still moves okay for someone who's had a stroke and is in his 50s, and spent most of his life destroying his body... though I don't think he will be in this shape come mania, he's definitely going to be hitting the gym and getting some cardio in before mania. We'll see though, you can really only expect so much.

With all due respect, I.R.S. was hardly a sidekick to Ted DiBiase.
