Love Booker, but I cannot find a reason to not vote Piper.
There was some legends segment a while back that was horrible. I think it was to do with Hornswoggle being kidnapped. Then Piper came out and made that segment great. He also gave me one of the 2 Hogan matches I looked forward to in WCW in the nWo times. |

Booker is the man, but it's damned near impossible to vote against the Hot Rod. I mean, who has caused more controversy in the WWE/WWF than him? Well, I can think of a few people, but Piper just exceeded at causing shit.

I love Piper... But King Booka baby... Better decorated wrestler, in ring he is better... Rowdy has him on the mic, but that is it.. Tough one... But the T has to get my vote!

Piper says this was a real shoot. We all know Russo loves his "worked shoots". I'd say this is alittle bit of both. Nobody knows what Pipers gonna say/ do when he gets into that ring (not even Piper). For that reason, as much as I like Booker, I gotta go with Piper |

Booker T! One of my favourites of all times.
Liked Piper back in the day when I was a ten-year-old mark, but looking back now, a lot of his WCW stuff was pretty bland, probably more WCW's fault than Pipers. But still... it was all meh... But overall just always enjoyed Booker T more. |

Piper but in a close one.
Great with promos, had a lot of memorable moments, and was pretty decent in the ring. While he didn't win much in terms of titles after the NWA era, he was the perfect matchup for Hogan to help make the first Wrestlemania become successful. |

Despite never winning the big one i'd say Piper all the way had greater moments to boot.

Piper had classic matches, was an integral part of the wrestling boom of the 80s, had a career that stretched into the 90s and still drew with Hogan in 96, and and Piper has still made an impact now when he shows up just to do a Piper's Pit. Anyone who thinks Piper wasn't a good wrestler is an ignorant ass who needs to shut the fuck up and get their shit together because they are more confused than Hanso at a manboob convention.

Honestly, I watched so much more Booker T, I'd have trouble not voting for him in this case.

Booker T is Booker T, but Roddy Piper is Roddy Piper, so, you cant go against him, so I vote Roddy Piper.

Piper. Way more talented, yet was always snubbed for the WWF("/E") title.

Piper's match with Bret at Wrestlemania 8 alone is enough reason to vote for him.

The fact that this is even close is pretty sad. Booker has had a great career, but come on. Piper is like the top 5 people who are synonymous with the name wrestling (Flair, Hogan, Savage, Taker.).
Also the fact that Piper isn't already in the Better Wrestler Hall of Fame is equally sad and pathetic. Arguably the greatest WrestleMania promo of all time. |
