Nakamura vs Kofi was pretty good overall before the shenanigans started.

at Creative blowing the Big O heel turn this quickly.
Good decision though since Owens fits way better as a heel than as a face. |

Hope he retires the stunner and reintroduces the Pop-up Powerbomb.

Never really feel Owens in his positions. He is good at executing what he does, and his mic delivery is excellent, but I just don't buy him.

WWE really needs to stop having long drawn out matches on 205 Live or at least only reserve it for the occasional main event if its really great on paper.
Humberto vs Gulak was good but the crowd struggled to be interested since it just dragged on for too long despite some nice spots. |

Glad the person is okay. Kind of odd it doesn’t happen more, when you think about the sheer number of shows WWE does.
Got no clue why they don’t put 205 Live on first. |

I'm not happy with his overall position in the company, and I hear the "criticisms" that he's toned down, but on a fundamental level the guy is so fucking good at what he does. It's especially amazing when you consider that he went from one style of wrestling, in a promotion where he basically spent his entire career, to a very specific and pedantic company like WWE.
The way he moves in there is so fluid, even as he's aging/"breaking down." He always looks like he's in the moment, and he's just interesting to watch. And then there are the little things he does as a heel, like his whiny screams when he's selling. I can't imagine Vince watching him, especially probably not knowing anything about "The King of Strong Style" or what that means, and not seeing a guy that he just fucking loves. Not in a "put the strap on that man!" way, obviously, given that he doesn't have the strap, but in a way that I can imagine him telling guys "Look at Nakamura! That's what you need to do!" I hate the euphemism "sports entertainment," but Nakamura has turned into a really good sports entertainer. Pretty sure that he'll go into the Hall of Fame some day if he stays tight with WWE, even if he doesn't get a World Title. |

Haha, yeah, I know...
Not a massive fan of Bayley, but she was really good tonight. Good selling. Kind of got the crowd into her (which were mostly dead). She and Charlotte had good chemistry. My only problem is that now we've seen that match. I don't know how this can be avoided, but I felt that as I was watching it. "Oh, this is Charlotte vs. Bayley." I dunno. Just feels like there's no way they can't burn through things. |

I was figuring they'd skip a title match at MITB and have Kofi/Owens vs Nak/Rusev where the heel turn would happen and then have Kofi/KO in SA

I really hope they don't break up The New Day anytime soon. I'm liking the whole face champion being part of a stable thing, we've not had it for years and it's fresh, I mean, why wouldn't Woods and Big E be happy for Kofi? Seems like I'm just dreading any day they play the "jealous" angle and turn someone heel.
