I assumed it was just a general wrestling community that happened to have a lot of cringed shit. Had no idea it was specifically designed for “those kinds” of people to have a... well, circle jerk. Now it makes more sense.

Yes, it is sarcastic and humorist posts, it is for the people who take the criticism of their favorite wrestler/wrestling company so seriously that they cant help themselves from getting upset. The more over the top the better. It was made partly to annoy the kind of people who think they are winning a personal battle by I dont know, creating silly nicknames of negatively repping somebody constantly. It really weeds out the Marks

Sorry, I shouldn’t have made it sound wholesale. Obviously there are going to be your fluffy duck ones. That’s not for me though. I look more for information-based things on subjects I’m interested in, and they are the ones that are going to get messy.

You can say the same thing Twitter too. It’s fair enough if you use it and just sculpt your feed to be what you want. Nothing wrong with that. There’s nothing wrong with just losing the social media too.

Reddit is amazing for exactly what you describe, Noid. Even more so with more niche things..... take bladesmithing/blacksmithing. I enjoy that in my free time and there's a veritable swath of valuable info there.


Also, I don't have an account, easier to peruse everything.


List a subject outside of wrestling and search a subreddit for it. You might find it useful man.

I do occasionally post on SCJerk (one of the bot bits I posted involved Steamed Powered Giraffe). And some of my cracks during the Best (?) stuff comes from the subreddit (Anything involving Roman Reigns and Switches or "Random M Word" Black).

I can't speak for everyone in that group, and I won't. But they don't exclusively take shots at AEW, though there is much to take shots at. I have seen them take shots at overzealous WWE fans, and Jim Cornette when he is being misogynist (which he tends to be.)

Exactly right, if you go in knowing its supposed be satirical humor, and don't take it seriously, it is good for laughs. The Adam Cole forehead bit has been getting pretty funny with how exaggeratedly stretched it is now lol

i understand that brandon cutler is not everyone's thing, but he is so good at taking whatever they give him, owning it, and imo killing it. and he's perfect for dark because he's a solid hand in the ring, a great over-the-top personality, and his win-loss record is irrelevant so he just jobs to everyone (as it should be).

Suzuki is really resting on his laurels in this stage of his career. The Joe match was great and same with Danielson but he needs a really good opponent to do a lot of work to make a good match.
