  • Microsoft announced the Indie Game marketplace for the Xbox 360 will start its shut down process at the end of the month with indie developers no longer able to buy yearly liscenses and the marketplace itself closed by late 2017.

From what I hear, game systems will have a shelf life of about 8-10 at this point. Who has the money to drop 400-600 dollars every 5 years... not including games, accessories, and any other online content?

The PS2 Classic support is currently being tested. Some games have been rated in Europe and those PS2 Star Wars games are coming with the LE console.



Comes with better graphics (think it might internally upscale the rendering, but not sure yet) and trophy support.
