How has Io Shirai been looking? I don't have high hopes for her being booked on the main roster, because WWE, but I do hope they at least pimp some great matches out of her.

Tegan haven’t read any spoilers so when I saw her injury I was hoping it was just an angle. Nope....blew her knee out a second time

She’s had some good matches so far. Her opener against Xia Brookside was a squash that has the effect of showing her off as a favorite, but her quarter final against Deonna Purazzo was pretty dope.

What makes Toni Storm hotter than most woman's wrestlers? Not seeing what makes her different. She is hot but don't see the obsession the internet has with her.

The Nox vs Ripley match was brutal to watch.
That's one of those situations where the match should have been called off right away instead of letting Nox try to shrug or work around the pain. |

Yeah I feel bad for her and the female ref for letting her continue.

I'm never watching that Ripley/Nox match again. I can't believe they put that on the Network even. Jesus.

Just catching up. Deona should really have kicked out of that Barely There Moonsault.

She's been alright, but feel like she doesn't have as a good a "look" at Asuka/Kairi/Satomura. Also, they call her the "Genius of the Sky", but her finisher is a plain moonsault that seems to be increasingly missing the target. |

So we have Semi-Finals of Toni Storm vs. Meiko Satomura and Rhea Ripley vs. Io Shirai.....
Io Shirai is definitely advancing, as Rhea Ripley was probably not going to make it to the semi-finals if not for injury. Then I don't think they will have a Japanese vs. Japanese match, so I think Toni Storm will beat Satomura. Which is a shame. Would much rather have Satomura in the finals. If it were up to me I'd have Satomura win the tournament, and then have her come in for a short program with Asuka. Asuka challenges the "Final Boss" Satomura because Asuka wants to "get back on track" and prove that she is still "the best". Essentially, I would use the whole Mae Young Tourney and Satomura to put over Asuka and try to salvage her. |

I'd go with Io Shirai to win and challenge Kairi Sane. Satomura vs. Asuka would be hot shit though.

Feel like Toni Storm wins the whole thing in my "realistic" scenario so they don't have a Japanese braud winning two years in a row

I think she will win the whole thing, but I don't know how necessary that is.

Just watched.... both Semi-Finals matches were really good. Winners went exactly how I thought it would.
I think Rhea Ripley really stepped up considering that she probably wasn't going to be in that spot if Nox didn't get injured. I see a lot of potential in Rhea Ripley, and I am a fan of her booty. Io Shirai's finishing moonsault once again barely hitting..... Dunno why, but I can't picture the finals being better than either of these semi-finals matches. |

Feel like they missed an opportunity to turn Rhea into a God-tier heel. she could have attacked Io after the match and targeted her knee so they could have an angle for the match to sell on the PPV.

They already have Rhea pegged as an upper tier star there based on the tapings done. |

Didn't know she was on NXT UK only..... that sucks... want to see her more, but not inclined to watch UK.
Rhea's mannerisms, expressions, and hair remind me of Pete Dunne. |
