AJ Styles Negotiating With WWE, Looking For Reduced Schedule

Fightful.com was informed by two sources that former WWE Champion AJ Styles is currently negotiating a new contract with WWE after nearly three years with the company. We've been told that he wants a reduced schedule that resembles that of Randy Orton's where he'd work television and limited live event dates.

We were only able to get one of the sources to confirm that Styles and WWE were discussing a new three-year deal, and that Styles had advocated dropping the WWE Title recently because of the time he spent away from his family over the past year. Needless to say, Styles knows he has plenty of options outside of WWE if he opts to go that route.

Chicago to host Survivor Series 2019

WWE announced via the Chicago Tribune that next year's Survivor Series PPV will take place at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois on November 24.

With SmackDown moving to Fox, there will be a change to how WWE structures its "Big Four" weekends starting with Survivor Series 2019. The Allstate Arena will host four straight nights of shows, but they will begin with the go-home episode of SmackDown on Friday, November 22. NXT TakeOver will take place at the venue on November 23 and Monday Night Raw will be held on November 25.

All of WWE's "Big Four" events for 2019 have now been announced. Royal Rumble weekend is set for Phoenix, Arizona in January, WrestleMania 35 weekend will be in the New York/New Jersey area in April, and Toronto, Ontario, Canada hosts SummerSlam weekend in August.
