* Microsoft announced their Project xCloud gaming streaming service will be expanding to support Windows 10 PC at some point next year. Currently the service is only available for Android-based mobile devices. Microsoft also added another 53 Xbox One games for the service's preview program.

According to a report from Kotaku, Bioware is currently rumored to be working on plans to completely overhaul Anthem and hold a special re-launch for the game once everything is done.

Valve recently confirmed rumors of them working on a new game in the Half Life series called Half-Life: Alyx. This game is set to take place after Half-Life 2 and will be officially revealed this Thursday.

It was also revealed to be a VR-based game for the Valve Index VR headset and currently rumored to have a March 2020 release date.

Geoff Keighley recently revealed the list of nominees for all of the awards at next month's The Game Awards show.

In regards to the Game of the Year award, a potential conflict of interest could end up happening if Death Stranding takes the award due to Keighley's very close ties and friendship with Hideo Kojima and the game's development.

Producer and lead designer of MMORPG game EverQuest, Brad McQuaid, passed away this past Monday at the age of 51 according to Visionary Realms studios.

Prior to his passing, McQuaid had been working on a new MMO game called Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen.

The genre is 'Hero Shooter', but yeah Overwatch had way more polish (being that the assets were already made for an abandoned project). After they saw the reception and attention OW's reveal got they should have delayed it. Like a year.

There was another hero shooter around the same time too that fell victim to the same fate. Had interesting traversal mechanics and was very vertically designed to accommodate that. Trying to remember the name now.

It was released in beta state, way too early. Apex had no issue introducing itself in the BR market. Fact is, you can't ask people to trust things will get fixed with so many games out now. RH had decent ideas, but we weren't gonna wait for them to work.

2K Games announced they have recently formed a new studio called Cloud Chamber and their first project will be a new game in the Bioshock series.

Godfall can be enjoyed as a solo experience but you can also tackle it in co-op or three person teams. Gameplay will feature "high-impact," third-person combat and plenty of loot to score from enemies and bosses that will reward players with "head-turning loot."

Bravely Default II also got revealed and its for the Switch.

Just a generic 2020 release date announced.



Also this year's Game Awards show still has the same problem as with past shows. Most of the awards are just quick throw-away announcements solely so there is more time for ads and stuff.
