Sometimes people are at county as a stop-gap. You got people going to big-boy prison in the same place as folks sleeping off being piss drunk. Sometimes, that overlaps. Supposing it wasn't just a straight up suicide, you don't have to be doing fed time in the pen to be killed. Prob'ly a lot easier to do, since it's likely a bit more lax in nearly every way. Also, if it were just some short-term DUI type shit, it would raise the question of why one would off themselves if they were just going to be there for two months.

I thought I posted this. I just read it was county jail and was saying that murder by gang is highly fucking unlikely in goddamn county jail.
