I have about 30 saves on Oblivion, never ever just have one.
A lot of the bugs came from that shitty engine though. They've built this new one from the ground up, I'll accept a couple of bugs, but they can't have the game-breaking ones of Oblivion/Fallout. |

Yeah, I got 2 gates left before the big siege of Bruma and I'm currently grabbing the great welkynd stone. And I got ANOTHER GLITCH in the form of the very last daedra shrine, the one you get summoned to. I need to trap one soul from each race. I got the first 8 no problem. The last 2 don't register. I've tried everything. Fucking hell.

Install Size for Xbox 360 version will only be 3.8 GB while the PC version will only require 6 GB.
No news on how big the mandatory and optional install sizes will be for the PS3 but its safe to assume at least 3.8 GB for either one. http://www.gamezone.com/news/skyrim-...-size-revealed |

Huh. I would have expected around 7gb or so. I really hope they fix the game freezing while it takes time for "loading area..." before letting you resume the game.

Can't wait for this game. I'll be playing this all through the holidays. I won't even have time to play MW3. Only 11 more days.

if I were sure my PC could handle it, I'd get it on pc. This kind of game was made for pc. Not just that, the mods... oh the sweet beautiful mods.

If you are talking about resisting the urge to download it now, I think it's just the 360 version, haven't seen the PC version anywhere yet.

That's what I mean. I'm buying it on PC so I don't want to play a leaked 360 version that I can't move the saves to once I get the game.

While the game has gone "gold", it appears the console versions of the game have a lot of graphical problems confirmed on the Xbox 360 and assumed to be the same on the PS3.
The game will also have a "Day 1" patch for the consoles to help fix up some stability and "quest progression" issues but doesn't fix the graphical glitches the console versions appear to have. PC version doesn't seem to have any big reported problems besides some minor bugs which will get fixed in the "Day 1" patch. http://www.gamezone.com/news/skyrim-...ression-issues |

Not surprised. Shit, Oblivion was getting patched an average of once a month right up until I finished the shit. Just hoping it's more random bits of background popup and not serious gamebreaking shit like missing textures and what have you.

Bethesda already working on expansion-like DLC packs for the game but at the same time they won't be providing smaller DLC packs such as weapon packs and mini-missions.

While creating games can be a long, grueling process, the humorous bugs that tend to pop up here and there can be little lights in the darkness of development. Rivaling the hilarity of Bungie’s “pimp brute” glitch, the folks at Bethesda recently had to fix a glitch in Skyrim that was causing chickens to report crimes to the town guards. I can only imagine the reaction to this discovery. It must have been one of the few times someone has uttered the phrase, “Oh! It was the chickens! Of course!” Many fans of the game have begun petitioning to have the “feature” implemented back into the game. Maybe the PC version will get a simple console command.

PRELOADING AS WE SPEAK
Find it kind of odd that it's only just over 5gb in size though. Even GTA4 I bought in Steam was 16gb. Really hope they haven't skimped on the dialogue or something. |

It does sound fucking great. I've put about 80 hours into Dark Souls (in a month for fuck's sake) and I'm afraid of getting this. I put so much time into these Bethesda games I never end up finishing them fully because I get too busy.
