Rate the Game: Week 130
That's right, it's Rate the Game, in its 130th incarnation! What are you going to do about it? Well, for starters, we can take a look at last week's Bionic Commmando. Certainly it had the tools to dominate our leaderboard, no? It's a Capcom classic, isn't it? What does the board have to say about it?





Oof, our most recent outings have been struggling to find a title worthy of belonging to the upper crust and Bionic Commando is, sadly, no different. It occupies the lower end of our list with a rough 2.66 overall score. On the bright side, it's not the lowest ranked Capcom game as Ghosts n' Goblins has that slot locked up pretty well.

Can things change with this week's entry? Only one way to find out...


And there we have it. It's time to dust off the old Genesis once again as we examine one of the mainstays of Sega's line-up, ToeJam and Earl! Does this funky duo have enough jelly to be one of our top rated titles or is it doomed to suffer along with the dredges of the bottom of the leaderboard? Let's do that rating thing we do and have at it! Until next week....

Depending on where the ship parts get dropped, this could be a quick game or take forever.

It's a good buddy game with all the stuff in it. From Secret Santa to Mailbox Monsters. All the weird presents. And the levels. I always dreaded landing on the sand level because Sand Sharks were all over the place and were a pain in the ass.

I'll give it a 3.

See, this is always a possible issue with RGN, depending on the parameters. Book of Memories suffered BIG TIME because of poorly generated level design, where important rooms would sometimes spawn towards the end where they're not needed anymore.
