Byron Saxton should be a ring announcer and also work backstage in a production sort of role. Booker T is a legend, but needs to be on commentary like Mark Madden did. If they want a token black commentator, give Henry a trial. I remember hearing him on a show once and really enjoying it.

I'm sure this was posted years ago but I guess this pretty well sums up the kind of shit Cole has to deal with. Openly questioning if he really needs to be saying the same stuff over and over again only to, presumably, get yelled at by Vince on the other end. Couldn't imagine doing that job. |

Yeah. Everyone should tell the guy who signs their paychecks that they know how to do it better and see what happens.

Noid tells the president of the company he works for that he isn't taking any shit and doing things his own way.

I absolutely stand up for myself within reason, and exert my own agency where it's appropriate, and don't feel the need to crawl up people's asses by saying "Sir, sir, sir" all the time. It's served me fine. There's also a difference between doing your job and being a huge stooge. It's not like the world exists as one of two extremes, and you either have to kiss ass or walk up to your boss and give him a fucking Stunner.
