Elix Skipper was the first I seen use it in WCW. It had something called Skip in it, since his first name was Skip Over, before he became Elix Skipper and calling the Play of the Day. I can't for the life of me, remember what it was called when he was Skip Over.

I liked the Mandible Claw when it was done with the leather finger strap. Mr Socko was terrible.
