Random SmackDown thoughts
Saw a clip of the WWE low-key mocking the AEW backstage situation. If WWE capitalizes on it better than AEW? LolAEW.

Corey Graves seems to be doing SmackDown. Gross. Unless they end the roster split. Please end the roster split.

I wonder if they are building up to a mixed tag between Ronda and someone and Adam Pearce and someone? Probably not, but I’d enjoy it.

Alpha Academy and the Street Profits both had a presence on Smackers. That’s one step to ending this bullshit.

Show seems reasonably booked. I’m glad they opened with The Brawling Brutes vs. Imperium. That’s exactly what I was hoping for.

Looks like the SmackDown build is towards Liv vs. Ronda (w/ Shayna involvement), Drew vs. Kross, Drew & Profits vs. Bloodline. It wouldn’t surprise me if Drew does double-duty in Philly to bounce him back. Either that or Kross gets added to the heel side for a 10-man tag that also features Braun and Madcap Moss or something.

Chance of Braun vs. Alpha Academy too. I wouldn’t have been opposed to Braun vs. Sami (Zayn taking the bullet for the Bloodline) and a Tag Team Turmoil between The Usos and the teams Braun destroyed. Whatever. I’m looking forward to the show. I don’t think Paul will let them shit the bed in Philly. It’s going to be hosting WrestleMania in a year and a bit.
