Is Abyss really going to be Kane 2.0?

I mean he’s 45. Can’t imagine he has much left in the tank.

Is there a no compete clause in his impact contract? Do impact contracts even have those?

They've been producers and part of creative for Impact mostly. Not sure if that's what they'd end up doing in WWE but I really don't see a use for the Abyss character in WWE. Sonjay could probably fit in on 205 Live.

Unless WWE is that worried about AEW or ROH getting Abyss, don't really see the value in signing him unless its as an agent. Even then, Dutt is still the better choice considering he was pretty reliable in management for Impact.

They're not folding, they replaced them with Konnan and Dreamer. I'd say it's most likely them wanting to get a run in WWE before they retire and become full time agents or trainers.

Abyss is gonna be a backstage hand in NXT probably. Can’t see any reason for them to use him as an on-screen performer.

too bad this wasn't 10-15 years ago. Abyss had value then and i think most WWE fans would of been excited to see him. Now i doubt anyone barely knows who he is

I may be in the minority but i'm all for Abyss getting a big run in WWE.
The obvious first feud would be against Kane. |

WWE logic would put Abyss with Bray in a team that goes nowhere, they break up and go nowhere again.
