Moxley's eye injury was fake this whole time.

Ending felt a bit abrupt but AEW title match was very good overall.

Revolution was also very good overall. Would put it right below the all-time great tier for AEW ppvs.

I tapped out during the Tag Title match. This is not for me. I don't understand the psychology behind faking an eye injury for 90% of a match. Feels very Russo-esque.

Really he was handicapping himself for the last month wearing the eye patch. I honestly figured he was going to pull a blood packet out of it since I couldn't figure out why he started bleeding.

Tag title match was so good. Love Hangman Page and the slow build to it all boiling over. Feel like they could’ve kept MJF with Cody a bit longer before having him turn on him, and this Hangman stuff is going at just the right pace. Really enjoyable story.

Cody v MJF was cool. Didn’t enjoy it as much as some of Cody’s other big matches (Dustin, Jericho) but still fun.

I rewatched the main event and Cody matches... They were better for me on the 2nd viewing. Meltz is saying the tag match was the best he's seen. I agree with him. Great show. In some ways the best one yet.

The buckshot tease on Kenny at the end made me feel like they're teasing the opposite but it'd be dumb to have him try to go heel with the crowd as in to him as they are.

Meltzer has become insufferable. There’s no way that was the best tag match of all-time. Holy shit, get out. The fans that go to AEW shows, for the most part, are the sort that would leave on fire to dry your pants in the apocalypse. No I didn’t. I thought it was fucking exhausting and rotten. I had to stop watching the tag match. Matt Jackson’s “acting” alone was a big enough turn-off. The Young Bucks still yell inane phrases in their matches. No one in this match was a good enough worker to be believable when they went slow at the start. It looked automatic and Omega was jumping into moves to assist allegedly getting hurt. It was fucking boring.

All these explosions and crashes with bad acting reminds me of a Michael Bay film. If you want to enjoy that stuff, that’s fine. Lots of people do (although AEW certainly isn’t at blockbuster levels). But don’t tell me it’s fucking Citizen Kane. As we say down here, don’t piss on my leg and tell me it’s raining.

Some of the latest tattoos in the wrestling world prove that these are not the purveyors of taste and fashion. But I guess wrestlers have been getting awful tattoos for years. Brock Lesnar and his penis sword comes to mind. Taker getting “Sara” was probably not the most McCool idea.

Yeah, if it was on the chest or maybe smaller, it wouldn't look as bad. Putting it on the neck and having it be that large just makes it look terrible.

Even his wife hates his new tattoo going by the post-media scrum which should have been a huge red flag to him on his idea being bad.

Just finished. Really good show.

Thought the match was easily the match of the night. Liked Cody v MJF, but was really hoping for more of brawl/fight. Right guy won tho.

Moxley v Jericho delivered. Great brawl of a match and Moxleyis now the man. Excited to see where they take him and what's next as they build to Double or Nothing.
