Hang on. Are you asking how to create them or how to extract them?
To extract them you just need winzip (or equivalent). If it's a bunch of rar files that you downloaded via a torrrent (video file) just double click on the first rar file (0) and let winzip do the rest to combine them all to create your one video file. |
