According to PWI, TNA is currently up for sale although more in terms of finding a new parent company than anything really serious. Seems that Panda Energy finally had enough with the money sink that is TNA.

Whoever becomes the new investor likely has to keep Dixie and management as part of the terms like in the past when Panda shopped TNA around.
