1) Firaxis studio announces tomorrow they will be revealing a brand new IP game currently in development.

2) Naughty Dog states they will be making several "anniversary"-related announcements during this year as part of the studio's 30th anniversary with the first announcement being an official artbook dedicated to their games.

Only problem is, I was looking through the old tourny thread and he nor I did a recap, So i need to sit and try to remember in what order the fights took place.

Has anyone here played Forza 5? Does it have any sort of off road racing in it? Been playing Dirt 2 a little lately and it's fun, but I was planning on getting Forza when I get my XB1 so I was figuring it might kill 2 birds with one stone as it's hard to say when the next Dirt game will appear.

So far, no. The worst thing about Forza 5 is the lack of tracks at this time. They have a "Rally" division, which I was excited to try, but sad to find out it is only the car type that fits "rally" and not actual rally racing

I would rent it for 2-3 days and see what you think. I bought it and AC Black Flag with my system, I haven't touched Forza in about a month.

They did just add a new track from California, but still, not many tracks at all.

That's what made me hesitant about it to begin with, but I've seen it come packaged with the system so I thought it might be cool. But I figure with the way they roll out DLC, and the fact I probably won't get it for a few more months when I'm able to finish off my 360 library that maybe they would have more tracks by that time and hopefully some dirt.

1) More updates to Gamespy server shutdown as Crytek states they are not working on a patch for Crysis and Crysis 2 with both games to join the list of games to no longer support online multiplayer after May 31st.

This looks badass. Kinda reminds me of how the Batman games shifted when the Arkham titles started being made. Webbing through the city looked really fun

First Spiderman game I have wanted to purchase in YEARS. Now if only a Superman game could catch a similar break. Also, a Justice League game in this style would be very welcome!

Been trying to find a name for the guy who created Megaman, but coming up with nothing. Everyone always just says Inafune created Megaman, But he didn't. And Inafune himself only ever refers to him as "mentor" or "project supervisor". Never by name.

You'd think someone who created such a phenomenon would be more known, even if he hasn't been in the industry in a long time. I'm thinking he did something that got him blackballed, and no one even says his name anymore. Only reason I can think of why this guy and his accomplishments have been wiped from history.

During a special event at the 2007 Tokio Game Show, Inafune revealed that he was not responsible for the creation of Mega Man himself. "I'm often called the father of Mega Man, but actually, his design was already created when I joined Capcom," he explained. "My mentor (Capcom senior member Akira Kitamura), who was the designer of the original Mega Man, had a basic concept of what Mega Man was supposed to look like. So I only did half of the job in creating him. I didn't get to completely design a Mega Man [protagonist] from scratch until Zero (Mega Man X, SNES). Back when the SNES was coming out, I was asked to give Mega Man a redesign, so I created this character. But I realized that this design wouldn't be accepted as Mega Man, so I had another designer create the new Mega Man, and I worked on Zero to release him as the 'other main character' that would steal all the good scenes!
