What is going on with Jeff Hardy???
There was so much excitement with the Hardys return 2 years ago but its like WWE doesn't care now. Jeff gets great reactions but is jobbed out weekly. Its almost like he would have been better never coming back

I’ve grown to really appreciate Jeff. I do wish there was more emphasis on him, but what do you do? I can see Matt & Jeff being put back together if they are going to put more emphasis on tag teams.

I mean, he's in the Elimination Chamber match. That's not bad.

He's been U.S Champ and Tag Champ Since being back, i wish they'd give him a big title reign. I mean he's Freaking Jeff Hardy, money can be made.

I don't think he has been booked badly at all. Granted this singles run doesn't compare to his world title runs from 2008-2009, but he is still having a good run of it right now.

It’s not bad, it’s just there. It’s not special, when Jeff can be special.

From a business standpoint, given Jeff's history of Wellness failures, DUI's, drug arrests and addictions (especially during times when he was being given The Ball), you cannot blame WWE from treading lightly on any significant push because he has burned them many times over.
He is probably best suited where he is and giving the rub to guys who are potentially on their way up. Not to mention he has tons of wear and tear and more than likely is an injury or two away from from no longer being able to perform full-time. Not to say that if he can't stay the course and get bumped up the card due to popularity and some happenstance but I'd wager that he needs to put more time in and prove his troubles are behind him but with his wrestling style and age I truly think his time to carry the ball has passed him by. |

Did Jeff ever fuck up when he was given the ball?

Jeff was always going to be the star though. Matt fizzled outside the team, as expected.

I doubt that. During 2008-2009 he was on fire. He could definitely be an occasional main-event picture guy, but SDL already has a pretty solid top tier for now.

I think even Papa Hardy gets disappointed when Matt shows up first at Thanksgiving.

2007 he was in line for a big WrestleMania match against World Champ Randy Orton but failed another Wellness Test and suspended over Mania time.
Then when he was The Champ in 08/09 he just got burnt out, didn't want to resign, dropped the belt to Punk and left the company. |
