WM 35 tickets
I wanted to create a thread to discuss tickets for WM 35 and WM 35 Week in NYC. Wrestlemania 35 is Apil 7th 2019.
There are a bunch of you guys that have been to several Wrestlemania's in the past so please help out and give advice. For myself this is my first time going to a live Mania, and I'm already pumped. First question is about the on sale date. I can see that some tickets are already on sale but they are really expensive, even the worst seats are over $200, and I know the day of show people are able to buy those seats for under $20. I've been using Google to search when the official on sale date is but it seems to have not been announced yet. So my question is will these tickets prices drop considerably for the on sale date? I do not want "bad seats" but I don't want to pay for ringside either. Realistically hoping for mid to high rows on the first raised level, I feel that will be a good view of the live action and the screen. Also do they do standing room only at WM? If so I'd seriously consider that as well because I do enjoy standing at rasslin, though I've never stood for 6+ hours, I'd be willing if I had a good view. Is it realistic to spend around $200-$250 for a good to decent view at Metlife? Also use this thread to announce your intentions of coming to NYC for Wrestlemania week. I am sure it will be difficult to have a TPWW meet up at the show itself at Metlife but it would be really fun for a bunch of us to get SRO for Spring Break or another fun indie show at Melrose or Hammerstein Ballroom. |

Tickets won't officially be on sale thru WWE/Ticketmaster until November for WrestleMania. I'd wait and purchase a ticket direct instead of thru a third-party -- which will jack up pricing considerably for WM.
WWE should release pricing for WM tickets in late October/November. The two years I have gone, I sat in roughly the same area, 100-level, in the corner (on map below, would be sections 118-123 or 129-133, with the entrance/set being located at 104-149). I paid $235 for WM32 and $243 for WM34. I'd expect them to slightly raise prices each year b/c they can get away with it. A lot of the center 100-level and 200-level seats get expensive and/or go to people buying Travel Packages thru WWE for the week of WM. The nice thing w/ Mania that doesn't always come thru watching on TV is WWE does have TV monitors above the ring (not just what wraps around the top part of the set). They really do try to make sure everyone can see what is happening, but anywhere in the 100/200 level you would be able to see just fine tbh. I haven't decided if I'm going to try and go this year b/c I'm not sure I'd like the weather in April in NJ/NYC -- but if I do I will let you know! |

I'd recommend playing around on the websites 'A View From My Seat' and 'SeatGeek' too, to get an idea of viewpoints around the stadium.

I sat a few rows up off the field in like 116 I think. Ticket wasn't expensive (I want to say $150 but that was 6 years ago) but I had obstructed view due to pillars
As seen in this video Notice how small ring looks initially before I zoom in. The biggest advice I can give is to try and avoid sitting at an angle where the pillars will block your view. I have a bunch of pics not on my phone. I'm planning on going to WM and the G1 Special. Having never been to MSG the experience will trump NXT at Barclays even if I have to pay 2 arms and 2 legs for a ticket at this point |

Yeah I am going to try and get relatively center, I don't want that partial/obstructed view all night that would frustrate me. MR. KOPF what were the prices you've paid for your tickets?

For what it's worth, I'm hopeful that the pillars won't be as big of a deal this year. After WM28 and WM29 they've tried to make the pillars less obstructing. Having them as a solid surface was just dumb.

They've been in domes for 30 32and 34. Only fair comparisons are 31 and 33
31 33 They're still going to obstruct your view because even though they use a see through design they light them up |
