Best Sketch Comedy Show?
I haven't watched Saturday Night Live in a long time because it's been boring lately.
Watching a lot of Blue Collar TV and Chapelle's Show currently. |

Chappelle was a great show, but you can't really compare it to SNL or Mad TV in their prime.

The two seasons of Chapelle's show made me laugh more times than the combination of SNL's 30 year history of shows and Mad TV's 10ish years combined.

Blue Collar anything is the worst thing ever. Wild'N Out is funnier than Blue Collar TV.

Mr. Show with Bob and David take the tops. Also if you are looking to check out some other shows I'd suggest SCTV for something new. But Mr. Show is one of the best ever.

Blue Collar TV.... that's GREAT when you're drunk, then again so is Nurse Betty, and I fuckin' hate that movie.
However, SNL is awesome, but I see people have said that, so here is my personal fav for best sketch comedy show. In Living Color |

1) SNL - Had some terrible years, but at its peak, it's unparalleled.
2) In Living Color - Been watching reruns on BET. Hasn't aged well, but still launched some iconic characters, an Oscar winner, and probably (don't have the numbers in front of me) the most successful big-screen comedian in the last decade. 3) SCTV - Loaded with great talent. Plus, anything said with a Canadian accent is automatically funny. |

I'm a big Kids in the Hall fan, but just about anything but Mad TV.
Mad TV just doesn't know how to be funny. |

Mr Show with Bob and David is tops for me....
I cant get into the current cast of SNL and I never really cared for Chappelle show all that much, even though it did make me laugh. I hate MadTV and I cant think there could be a worse show out there...until I watched Blue Collar TV. |

In Lioving Color, Chappelle, SNL, The Vacant Lot, The State, etc..
Announcer: And now Louie, the guy who comes in and says his catchphrase over and over again. Louie: Hey, everybody! All: Hey, Louie! Louie: Hey, who's got something to drink? Woman: I do... over there. Louie: What is it? Woman: A martini. Louie: A martini? I wanna dip my balls in it! [Crowd cheers] Louie: Hey, whatcha got there? Flemish Terrorist #3: It's an M-16. What do you want with it? Louie: What do I want with it? I wanna dip my balls in it! Flemish Terrorist #2: I find him infectious and amusing this Louie character. Louie: Who's got some deviled eggs? Woman: I do. Louie: I wanna dip my balls in it. Man: Monogrammed silk handkerchief. Louie: I would like to dip my balls in it. Flemish Terrorist #2: Silence! Louie... a hand grenade? Louie: Ah hell who gives a damn? I wanna dip my balls in it! Flemish Terrorist #3: Top secret documents? Louie: I wanna file them! Crowd: Awwwwww... Louie? Louie: You've heard it all before. Man: No we haven't! Louie: You've heard it all before. Flemish Terrorists: No... *we* haven't. Louie: You've heard it all before! All: No we haven't! Flemish Terrorist #1: Say the catchphrase or the Prime Minister dies! Prime Minister: Don't say it on my account, Louie. Louie: I'm sorry, I can't say it. All: Louie! Louie! Louie! Louie! Louie: Hey, everybody... All: I wanna dip my balls in it! |

ok, SNL's my favorite.
but, there was this show a while back. Like early 90's I guess. Anyway, I've been trying to find the name out for years. All I remember was two skits: Raging Bullwinkle and Bob Ross: Joy of tattooing It was some of the funniest shit I'd ever seen at the time. |

oh and Mad TV has made me LMAO at times to the point where I couldn't breathe.
One was the skit called Ritalin Room and the first time I saw The Java Guy. Also the Steven Sagal and Kenney Rodgers skits were pretty hillarious. |
