All you need is a character concept, and to select a real wrestler to use for pictures (it helps if they're on TV regularly, and/or have a fansite with an extensive screen capture gallery).

Once you've done this, and we've confirmed that nobody is using that picture-base already, I would suggest Photobucket for uploading images taken from other sites.

There aren't too many set rules for how to sign up, but a bio would probably be a good start. We could also point out any potential problems early on, before you've spent time on a promo.
