Same deal as the TNA thread. Legitimate gripes with reasoning are welcomed. Please no WWE sucks, it's all a variety show, blah blah blah type shit...

1) Six Pack Challenge (Rise of Orton)

2) Taker vs. Kane

3) Raw GM

4) Miz's push in general

5) Nexus

6) "Fresh Face Movement" with particular emphasis on Barrett, Kaval, Alberto Del Rio, and Daniel Bryan

7) Divas Division (Only included because they're unifying the titles and NXT Season 3 is all women. Seems like they may be paying it more attention. Maybe it's because Michelle McCool's stroking Taker so he's using his stroke to make sure she has consistent employment. Or maybe because in 22 years Heather Hearst Helmsley will be debuting.)

Not Included:
I'm hesitant to put Punk vs. Big Show up there because I feel like it's just sputtering with Big Show wanting to be a comedian and SES becoming a little stale.

Same deal with Kofi and Dolph. It's inevitable that Dolph loses to Kofi and would be nice if they just got on with it and let those two guys have programs with someone else.

I don't care about the WWE's tag divison. It's pathetic.

1) The Six Pack Challenge is a match I'm looking forward to. Sheamus has been given a good run with the title, but I think it's time for someone else to take that mantle, but I know that won't happen.

2) Taker vs. Kane is the best storyline of Kane IMO. That promo he did a few weeks ago made me think that he is a legitamite champion and could be the one to take down The Phenom.

3) All joking aside, I seriously don't know who the Raw GM is. This angle has gone many different ways. I guess I just have to wait to see who it is, but I think I'm going to be disappointed in the end.

4) Miz's push is, pardon the pun, awesome! Sure he may be still stuck in the mid-card section, but when they take the title off of him, he will rise to the tope and become, if not already, the top heel on RAW.

5) Nexus was a fresh idea that had my interest peaked, and still going a little strong, but I think the fire will extinguish soon. Since they lost Skip, it pretty much went downhill.

6) I think this is a good step for WWE. In my eyes, the company is really starten to freshen up. Wade Barrett is just tremendous on the mic, and his in-ring work is not that bad. Alberto Del Rio is a future world champion. No doubt in my mind. Daniel Bryan has a buch of momentum behind him and I hope the E dosen't slip up again. Kaval I can sense has a bright future too. His match with McIntyre was really good and the crowd was behind him.

7) The Diva's division looks like it could be alright again. I don't know about everybody else, but I enjoyed the first episode of NXT. The whole unifying the championships could be interesting, also. There are not enough diva's on SmackDown to challenge for the Women's title. So maybe, this will be the first step to ending the whole brand split thing.

1: Six Pack challenge looks interesting, even more so since Jericho got eliminated from it apparently. All depends on how they will roll with it next Sunday

2: Since Taker and Kane has been done b4, it could have been hard to get behind this one, but WWE, Taker, and Kane have definitely tried.

3: At this point I don't even care anymore

4: It's going good so far, but I am unsure as to what direction they will go in at this point.

5: They have fizzled, I feel they won't last past October/November

6: About time they start building some fresh faces.

7: I don't really care about the sticks with tits. Unifying the titles is a good move though.

1) Six Pack Challenge (Rise of Orton)

This is the toughest one to try and figure out. The match itself should be decent. The title changing hands seems like the good idea but it is a little complicated.

If you give it to Orton, you run the risk of turning him full blown face... if Cena wins the Live audience is happy but the IWC will be up in arms. If Barrett wins it will be a situation of " Maybe they pushed him too fast..." and he might not carry the credibility as of yet to be a serious champion.

2) Taker vs. Kane

Been there, dont that, got the slightly burned t-shirt

3) Raw GM

GM is a face, we dont' know who, it reminds me of when Shawn Michaels was the " Sheriff" back in early 99.

4) Miz's push in general

Amazing excecution, makes you really love to hate him. Can't wait for Miz to become a top draw.

5) Nexus

Sadly already starting to get stale, how many weeks can get " For the first time... all the members of Nexus will be paired up with a wwe...." without you wanting to pop your eyes and ears out?

6) "Fresh Face Movement" with particular emphasis on Barrett, Kaval, Alberto Del Rio, and Daniel Bryan

Del Rio is a mix between JBL and Eddie. Could be incredible.

7) Divas Division

No comment, Melina is a good addition coming back from injury, but i don't watch their matches much.

1) Six Pack Challenge (Rise of Orton)
Not sure how I feel about this. I get that they wanna get all of the talent on a show where all the titles are defended but I feel they short-changed Barrett with his title shot (and he doesn't seem to have mentioned it). I don't want Orton to win, I don't want Cena to win, I don't want HHH to come back as the 6th man and win the belt on his return. I could stomach a Barrett win based on Sheamus having the odds stacked against him.

2) Taker vs. Kane
Hmmmm. I like Taker being vunerable...but not if he "overcomes the odds" to beat Kane and win the title. I don't think this storyline needed the title attached to it.

3) Raw GM
An intriguing idea but it doesn't seem to have gone anywhere in the last few weeks. Hopefully they wind it up soon.

4) Miz's push in general
Miz has gone from a guy that nobody respected and everybody hated, his rise is nothing short of unbelievable. I like him on the mic, his character is good and he's decent at worst in the ring. Could do with him doing more with the briefcase - have him be everywhere Sheamus is. Hopefully this angle steps up a gear should he lose the US title at NoC.

5) Nexus
Hot as Hell to start with. Then they lost Bryan. Then they lost at SummerSlam. Then they got rid of Young. And then Skp got injured. My biggest gripe was how they were handled on the "Do or Die" Raw, where 3 or 4 of them won by countout - they weren't shown to be remotely strong. Once again something needs to happen here. Perhaps add a couple of NXT2 guys to the ranks.

6) "Fresh Face Movement" with particular emphasis on Barrett, Kaval, Alberto Del Rio, and Daniel Bryan
I hope Kaval goes a long way. Same for DB. I couldn't have cared less for Del Rio from the vignettes but since he debuted he has een impressive. They've fed hum Mysterio and he will soon breeze past Christian. Barrett is exceptional but might be being bogged down with Nexus slowing down. A title win at NoC could change all of that.

7) Divas Division
Meh.

1.weak build up.More then likely a new champ crowned, with HHH being the sixth man.

2.I didn't want to see it when they did it the last two times.I don't want to see it now. Those promos are convoluted and very poorly thought out. If I see Taker fake cough again I'll lose my mind.

3. Very interested in who it is. They boo Cole everytime he answers the email and it's great. I still think it's him.

4. Miz has really gained a lot of momentum. I think him and bryan will elevate each other even further in their match, and the U.S. title isn't just a prop lately. Thumbs up on this one.

5. I wish they would bring in a couple more members. It looks weak now. I'm hoping Darren Young turns back to them and helps Barrett get the belt. It needs a boost of some type.

6.Del Rio IS a future world champ and this gimmick has been done perfectly. The videos of him,the intro, his announcer etc. Bryan lost some steam with the tie-gate incident but he'll make a big impact. Barrett looks to be the future of this company. Kaval could go either way.

7.The divas are the worst they've ever been. I downloaded that NXT and while watching it began bleeding from the eyes. It's bad and needs retooling with girls that can wrestle much better.

I don't want to be the "Definition Nazi" but shouldn't this threat be called Subjective Analysis?

Six-Pack Challenge
RAW's main event scene has been the most entertaining it has been in a long while. Cena is bothering me less and less, Orton is at least getting good crowd reactions, Wade Barrett is fresh, Edge is seemingly renewed, Sheamus has grown into his role so well, and there's the intrigue around Chris Jericho. I hope that John Morrison replaces Jericho in the match.

That the next PPV is Hell in a Cell is a bit of a let-down, though, because it somewhat telegraphs where the WWE are going with their storylines. It seems that the likely option is Sheamus retains the title, and then either defends against Orton or Triple H. It'd be interesting if they shook things up and gave us a surprise, but I doubt they will. Barrett winning the title with Darren Young's help, and then leading Nexus in some sort of War Games match against some top faces would be...intriguing, at the very least. Morrison winning the title out of the blue would make me mark the fuck out, too.

The Undertaker vs. Kane
I am enjoying this more than I should, just because I am a Kane mark. His work has not been better than it is now. I just hope they don't pull the trigger on Taker's return victory just yet. Let Kane get the win here, and continue to build him. Hell in a Cell between the two should be interesting. I really hope the WWE let Kane keep the title through this feud, and then be the guy Kaval faces on PPV. Kaval doesn't even need to beat Kane, but if he just comes close to winning the title at Survivor Series, or something, it could be awesome.

RAW General Manager
I hope it's Triple H. He returns after Night of Champions, announces he will be facing Sheamus in Hell in a Cell for the WWE Title, and that is all taken care of. Michael Cole then takes over as the new RAW General Manager, and Josh Mathews gets promoted to RAW play-by-play commentator.

The Miz's push
This is one of my favourite things in wrestling at the moment. The Miz's evolution has been a beautiful thing, and his promos are ringing so true. His ring work is definitely passable, and I'm actually more interesting in The Miz vs. Daniel Bryan than I am any other match at Night of Champions. I think it is time for The Miz to drop the US Title to Bryan, and following that, I wouldn't mind it if they did The Miz vs. Bryan II at Hell in a Cell in a Title vs. MITB briefcase match.

Right now, I don't even think The Miz needs the MITB title shot to solidify his place as a top-level star in the WWE. To be honest, if they had Bryan win the title shot from him, I think it would do more to help Bryan than hurt The Miz. I think these two could have a really intense blood-feud worthy of WrestleMania, to be honest.

Nexus
Still loving these guys. Glad the WWE is really trying to get them over as fresh stars. There is a little bit of give and take with them, but I would not be surprised to see them holding the WWE Tag Team Championship soon. What's also great about it, is that some of these guys are obviously more ready than others, which allows them to book on a hierarchy. Wade Barrett and Justin Gabriel are obviously the most capable two, followed by Heath Slater, then Michael Tarver with a long-term investment in David Otunga. I see Nexus staying together for the long term, but Gabriel moving over to SmackDown! within the next couple of months.

Fresh faces
I am loving Alberto Del Rio, although his feud with Christian is going to be over soon. When Rey Mysterio returns, I am looking forward to that return match. I hope they keep Del Rio undefeated until, say, the Royal Rumble. Him entering the match with a spotless record, possibly from the #30 spot, would be pretty awesome. He could then feud with whoever eliminates him in time for WrestleMania.

Daniel Bryan is just so enjoyable right now. It's still sort of surreal to see him in a WWE ring. His stock is only going to go up, in my opinion, as people really become captivated by his ring work. They need to just make sure they don't book him to look like the joke Michael Cole says he is. A clean tap-out victory over The Miz at Night of Champions is the right way to go. Have him submit Alex Riley on a subsequent RAW, beat his former mentor William Regal, etc. -- defending the US Title all the time as a fighting champion. As I mentioned earlier, if it catches on fast, why not have him beat The Miz for his title shot, and give The Miz some more obstacles to overcome and then taunt us about?

Kaval is so much fun to watch. People love the way he kicks the shit out of things, and to be honest, I've been so surprised by the personality Kaval has shown since showing up. I'm looking forward to him facing the World Heavyweight Champion (hopefully), and probably not winning, but a good showing is all he will need. If they do Money in the Bank at WrestleMania next year, I think he will be in that match.

Wade Barrett can really talk, and his ring work is not bad. His size is impressive, too. I think Barrett is more than comfortable in his position, and although I would not hot-shot the belt onto him, as I still think he has some ways to come, I definitely am not offended by seeing him as featured as he has been.

Drew McIntyre is someone to keep your eyes on, too. The guy is constantly having some of the best matches on SmackDown! these days with all sorts of opponents.

Divas
Fuck, have the WWE really made me stop caring about the girls? Why the fuck is Natalya not wrestling? Why the fuck do they release anyone with any talent? Re-hire Katie Lea, now. I just don't think they are a draw the way the WWE presents them. TNA had the right idea in the early days of the Knockouts division. The WWE has one of the components right there in Gail Kim to produce captivating television featuring women. If they hired Amazing Kong, they'd have another. Natalya, Beth Phoenix, Melina, Layla, Michelle McCool, Katie Lea, Naomi Night, AJ Lee -- done. There's a female tournament that won't completely suck.
