Considering how amazing the booking has been lately, I really want to think they're trying to slowly build Cena into a heel as it leads up to Wrestlemania.

But I really think the writers just had a complete and utter brain fart tonight and had no idea how to finish that match, so they went to the WCW Nitro main event finish factory.

Great match and main event. Would have been nice to not have Cena having another title match in a row but Punk vs Nash/Triple H has been built up strong enough that Punk can benefit more not being in a title match than Cena.

Looks like Laurenitis might be behind the whole Nash-Punk-HHH situation and Del Rio might have been his hand-picked champion or at least what Vince wanted before getting fired.

Really good, solid RAW tonight I think. Better than last week. Dragged in places but I didn't really mind.

Cena/Punk was definitely a top ten, maybe top five for Cena's career. This match made me really realize that Cena and Punk have/had A LOT more fuel to put on awesome matches. The finish was fairly obvious, but I didn't really care. Did find it heelish for Cena to take advantage of the situation, though. Especially after the last few months. It could have definitely been booked differently. Maybe Del Rio lays out Cena and then the interference comes in and Cena is unknowingly screwing Punk just like it was at Summer Slam but the other way around.

Maybe Nash attacks Cena, thus giving him a DQ victory and screwing Punk at the same time.

Those are just two ways you protect both guys storyline wise.

After Raw went off the air, Miz and R-Truth ran out and continued the beatdown on John Cena and CM Punk. Cena and Punk ran them off. Cena and Punk then used Del Rio’s white towel and teased Ricardo Rogriguez as a bull, shaking the towel in front of him before they hit their finishes on him.

Pretty funny stuff. Punk then grandstanded with the fans for awhile, putting on a hat belonging to a guy in the front row, then elbow dropping it. He then held up a “We want CM Punk ice cream bars” sign.

I can't help but feel they shouldn't have given it away on free TV though. Seems like it is a "big money" match, and they shouldn't have done Part III on TV.

A little late to thread I guess but I thought Raw was pretty awesome overall. Del Rio/Morrison and Punk vs Cena were pretty awesome for Raw matches. I loved The Miz/Truth segment and think it's gonna be a pretty awesome alliance. Also, I'm still holding out hope that we don't have to see Kevin Nash get back in the ring again.

I dunno with the cars, he's "rich", why would he care what the name of the car is? The fact he's so rich and shows up in all of these cars whilst not caring about them when thousands watching would love the chance to drive one of them on top of Cena basically saying he lives off his parents wealth/only pretends to own them only really adds to his heat. b/c the wwe is only using del rio to get more mexicant fans. after their tour of mexico del rio will lose championship and it will go back and forth between punk and cena til WM. at that point rey will be back and feud with del rio yet again.
