In the past year R-Truth has been in a main event feud with the company's top guy, been a focal point of an angle that carried the company for several months, has been prominently featured on WWE programming in recent weeks, and just main evented a PPV in a match featuring the return of one of the biggest stars the company has ever seen, which is going to lead directly into what will likely be the biggest match at next year's Wrestlemania.

Clearly the man has no future here.

The crowd was awesome and all the matches were pretty good and had some good moments in them.

It's a shame that The Rock wasn't involved in the match more but I didn't really expect him to be, in his first match in 7 years, but still, the main event was a good one.

Just got back from the show live. Haven't read the thread yet. I'll say the PPV was a lot better than I had expected.

Marked so hard for Fink and Punk winning. Don't care what anyone says, Punk winning the title outpopped Rock. Yes, I am saying that CM Punk out-popped The Rock. This match and moment was far superior to the main event.

Honestly the main event was okay for what it was. Pretty much exactly what was expected. The crowd was in and out of it, mainly because Cena did 90% of the ring work (which made sense).

The Henry/Show match was fucking hilarious live because of the random chants. Everything from "Sexual Chocolate" to "D-Lo Brown". Some of us in my section started to do the Nation fist at one point.

Couldn't believe how over Ryder was. Glad they brought him out to appease the crowd.

The dark match was Mahal vs. Santino. Nothing to write home about other than Santino is over like a motherfucker in New York. It was ridiculous.

After the show Rock cut a promo about how this is "just the beginning" and whatnot. Nothing to write home about, really, other than huge "Ryder" chants and Rock barely acknowledging them.

All in all a good show. Now to look up whether Sin Cara is fucked legit or not. Guessing he is since they stalled a ridiculous amount.

Just got in, and wow what a fuckin show to see live. MSG was amazing

-Opener was great stuff. The Ryder chants were a lot of fun, but as the match went on, everyone was getting into the nearfalls because of how good Ziggler/Morrison were. Ryder's run-in was a perfect moment for him too.

-Beth/Eve had a nice short match with a sick finish that was really appreciated by MSG.

-10 man tag was fun, as they usually are. Cody was WAY over, and Orton's RKO spots are always sweet. I really thought Cara's injury was a work, guess not. Fun match that put over Barrett/Cody big time.

-Watching Henry/Show live was fuckin great. The chants were so random/ridiculous (Mae, Sexual Chocolate, D'Lo Brown, Undertaker) and I also felt that it was a pretty solid big man match. Big Show's elbow was incredible. I'm normally not a fan of DQ PPV finishes, but it made sense if they wanna wait to put Henry over clean.

-Punk/Del Rio MOTN. Crowd was on fire, into everything, and it was capped off with a great finishing sequence. Great MSG moment for Punk.

Punk/Del Rio was this entire PPV. FUCKING AMAZING match. Rock & Cena vs. MizTruth was fine for what it was, they really shouldn't have let Rock touch Cena, but whatever - they really aren't worried about the Mania buyrates. Clearly.

Ending of the Women's match was great, Ziggler vs Morrison was amazing, the 5v5 was a clusterfuck but Barrett is a god.

Big Show's Elbow Drop was a WrestleMania worthy moment, and the fact that Henry/Show attempted a wrestling match gives me so much more respect for them.

but this PPV was C.M. Punk vs. Alberto Del Rio. Great match, both men were humbled and excited to be on that stage.

Rock is blatently burying this guy. I think WWE is going to let The Rock do whatever he wants in this feud in exchange for the exposure. Seems pretty personal. I'd be really surprised if Cena won at 'Mania. This is humiliation, and I don't see how the WWE would willingly let one of their top draws get completely shit on like that. The announcers are even trying to cover for it.

They have Punk with the strap now, and I'd be willing to bet that if he continues to deliver, it'll be the death knell of the Cena era. It's just absolutely beyond borderline at this point.
