Still wondering if the Beth Injury was legit or not. Seems strange to stop Beth's title streak just before it was going to be the longest ever for Divas Title. And to put on a Bella was twice as weird to me.

Was at the show last night and it was the best live event I have ever been too. Not a lot of great wrestling, but seeing Edge made it worth it. The crowd was chanting YES really loud when DB was out there, don't know if it came across on tv. Also, I touched Kane on the back when he went up the stairs.

After the dark match, we got VINCE MCMAHON. He brought out the roster to sing Happy Birthday to Cena, but not before we got HHH. We then sang to Cena. Khali sang a solo to Cena that made me forgive his years of terrible wrestling.

WWE sources this afternoon confirmed that the Beth Phoenix injury was last night was actually just a work to explain the title change. She did a hell of a job, to the point that a number of wrestlers thought she was hurt backstage.
I was told that Phoenix actually sold the injury after leaving the building last night and in the Detroit airport this morning while she was in front of fans.

It almost seems like Brock is playing the character that Cena kinda made Rock out to be doesn't it? Cena said Rock was a visitor, was just coming back for the money/using WWE as a side job whenever he's got some free time from his real job. Doesn't really care about anyone but himself.

Now here's Brock basically admitting to all those things as a heel. And Edge even basically said about this match what Cena said about his Rock match. "You HAVE to win because you can't let this 'visitor' come in and take over what we've been working so hard at for years."

Either way, I figure there's gotta be a rematch. Brock solidifying himself as the legit fighter he is by beating Cena in a match that basically amounts to a fight makes sense. But then again, Cena shocking the world by beating Mr. UFC in a fight to say "Us petty pro wrestlers can get the job done too, fucker" also makes sense. Both could lead effortlessly into a rematch. I don't know.

Plus, the Cena fans need a LITTLE something on the bright side. Holy fuck, when was the last happy Cena moment those poor kids got? lol

Brock losing his first match is so dumb to me. He hasn't had enough time to get the fans to really hate him yet. Think Otunga and Ryback should help out Johnny Ace during the match and basically crush Cena to the point where every fan in the arena is forced to feel sympathy for Cena as he's getting destroyed by Lesnar and friends.

Then, over the next few months of Raw: Starring Brock Lesnar you see Lesnar successfully piss off the fans by taking on CM Punk and taking his title. Cena's comeback would actually be worthy of cheers, especially with Lesnar on top of the world destroying everyone who gets in his path.

Think Otunga and Ryback should help out Johnny Ace during the match and basically crush Cena to the point where every fan in the arena is forced to feel sympathy for Cena as he's getting destroyed by Lesnar and friends.

Then, over the next few months of Raw: Starring Brock Lesnar you see Lesnar successfully piss off the fans by taking on CM Punk and taking his title. Cena's comeback would actually be worthy of cheers, especially with Lesnar on top of the world destroying everyone who gets in his path.

This is actually the best way to get Cena over. I just hate that Punk has to job to Lesnar and then kinda just go away from the title scene in order for it to happen though.

Yeah. Pretty sure that was the point of the jobbers getting on the mic to badmouth the crowd and such before he squashed them. He's definitely coming off as a Goldberg-esque face.

Wouldn't mind for Punk to come out of this at the end looking like roses. However, Punk needs a bit of change himself. Maybe, have him fighting against all odds for the time that Cena is away, and barely surviving, then Cena comes back and it's Punk/Cena VS. People Power.

How about this for a stable...Johnny Ace/Lesnar, Albert, Otunga, Eve and Miz as the "talker" and maybe Alberto Del Rio in there as well. Miz and Otunga can capture the Tag Titles because fuck the audience. Have all the titles in the hands of the uber heels after Punk loses under decidedly unfair circumstances.

Have the question be, "Can Punk beat the odds like those that came before him?" Highlight how guys like HBK, Austin and Rock were able to take on the world and how while Punk might be the "best in the word" inside the ring, he can't get it done outside. Cue HBK coming out to tell Punk that he's the future of the sport and how he has to be confident in the face of overwhelming odds.

With People Power in the ring, have Punk storm in and debut his "new" finisher. Sweet Chin Music. Only for the fact that Punk needs a move that is super-over and super-easy to pull out of nowhere. Punk would do well with that, especially if it's sold as HBK's Sweet Chin Music rather than a plain old superkick.

Suddenly we have an oldschool dynamic where one lone hero is duking it out with a bunch of guys that have plowed through the company. Before bringing back Cena have Punk beat Lesnar for the title. The next Raw have Punk get beat down and Cena come out for the BIG SAVE. Lesnar VS. Cena is reignited without the title, CM Punk looks amazing and the world is set on fire.
