Excluding the ones that are sort of universally held up as series apexes (IE Pine Barrens, College, Long Term Parking, etc), I'd go with Join The Club/Mayham, if only for the brilliant dream sequences, and Proshai, Livushka.

The dream sequence episode where all the dead people are in his dream was incredible to me. "The Test Dream." Really love all the episodes with prolonged dream sequences.

The episode where Tony and Adriana are about to bang but get into a car crash also "stands out" to me as being extra sweet.

Umm, I liked that episode where they go on a hunting trip or whatever and find this guy who testified against them years ago.

I enjoyed 'Walk like a Man' where Christopher falls off the wagon and ends up shooting his writer friend. My favourite moments would have to be Ralfie getting wacked and Janice shooting Richie Aprile
