PPV was good. Personally liked the MitB World match as my favorite for the night.
A bit surprised Orton actually won considering the 2 strikes and his recent divorce stuff but then again I guess that means the dirtsheets were right about the WWE not willing to go all out with Bryan for the case.
Going to be interesting in how long they have him hold the case since that could easily be stretched to become a Mania feud probably with Cena. As well as what happens to Bryan now since his potential feud with Cena might be short or he just acts as a bridge to that Mania match.
I do not want to another Cena v. Orton program
I don't care if it's been 4 years.
Also terrified this means Orton will turn heel and somehow end up feuding with HHH at WM....AGAIN

Problem: Curtis Axel can't get over as a heel
Axel takes out Bryan in the middle of a run.
Problem solved.... Well played WWE...
But you could reverse that. If they're planning to put them into a feud, putting one of the most over guys right now who is also probably their biggest rising star against a black hole of personlity would be stupid.
It was probably just a way to get Heyman out there in the first place though.

Show was "alright" but didn't really wow me like the past two years. Weak Ziggler finish, Ryback and a McGillicutty match really put a dampner on things. Soggy in the middle I guess.

I agree with that interpretation. All in all it was a great PPV with nice set-ups for Summerslam. I hope WWE has the foresight to have competitive matches in the diva's and tag division with some side angles so that when Kaitlyn and AJ are done and the Usos are finished with The Shield, other stars can be put in without the "infamous battle royal, you win, get pushed for a month, lose the title match, get a rematch on RAW or the next PPV and lose that too BS."

Orton winning was fine. Like Sandow winning as I have felt that he's been ready for a ME push. Ziggler / Del Rio ending was also fine as it furthers the story line and made both look strong. Overall a decent show

Sometimes to win the war, you have to burn the village. Ryback needed a win and Jericho is good for giving people the rub like a modern day Terry Funk. Ziggler needs to solidify his character so he can define what kind of Champ he's going to be. He's being pushed as a face, so AJ had to cost him the match to fracture the relationship. From here, he can either face Del Rio again, or get in AJ's face, Big E kick his behind, and they face each other at Summerslam.
Moreover, Layla or even Kaitlyn herself can steal AJ's boyfriend to also get some diva action involved.
The possibilities of what can happen are endless and the potential for world class entertainment is exponentially high.

I wonder where this leaves Daniel Bryan. Doesn't seem like they'll have him just forget about Curtis Axel costing him the match. Would they really put Bryan in the IC Title picture now? I mean... I'd be all for it. But it doesn't seem like something they would do.

Daniel Bryan can still be in a match with John Cena. Just have a #1 contenders match featuring all the MITB. But one star gets beat up by the Wyatt Family...
Ummm, it looks like the plan for SummerSlam is Axel v. Bryan (to help get Axel over) and Cena v. Orton (to re-establish Orton as a main-event heel)

RVD looked pretty terrif
Really terrified at the prospect of another Cena/Orton feud, they are always boring.
More terrified of a heel Orton going 'out of control' and HHH having to feud with him again.
Might as well have Cena face Big Show at Survivor Series and Del Rio at Royal Rumble and act like they are new feuds too.

If the dirtsheets are correct, he's pretty much going to be randomly inserted into the feud now assuming its still on for Summer Slam. The original plans were to build him up and use the case as the starting point or to involve the "weakest link" part of his gimmick.
Think the Axel attack was more of taking out the only guy who was near the ladder than anything feud worthy.

Logically though, the guy he cost the match should be out for revenge now though.
I'd like to see RVD get involved in this somehow. Maybe turning heel and joining up with Heyman as one of the original Paul Heyman guys. An RVD vs Punk feud and an RVD vs Bryan fued would be money.

they did it with big show not to long ago, at least I think im remembering this correctly. wasn't he in the heavyweight title picture, to drop down and win the IC title? I personally do not think it would be a bad thing for bryan to go after the IC title. keep up this emotion, and entertainment he is putting on, and put some shine back in to the IC title.

I actually enjoyed the World Title MITB little bit more then the All Star Match. It added so much. Furthered Usos/Shield and probably will add Cesaro/Swagger to Tag Team Mix for SummerSlam. Sandow has built in feud with what seems to be a turning Face Cody Rhodes to keep him busy till he goes after whoever Champ is after Del Rio/Ziggler slows down. Ambrose even looked strong without actually winning. Excellent match.
I was thinking Lesnar's music was going to hit as Punk was climbing up the ladder so the Paul attack on him was unexpected from that stance. Orton winning was also a shock but I think Orton may hold onto it for a while and not lead to Cena/Orton right off the bat as others are assuming.
Bryan will probably have a blow off match against Axel, probably involving a run in from Punk on a Raw but I don't see them putting him in an IC title feud right now fully.
Where does RVD go from here? Christian back to the US Title?
Guess that's why they make us watch Raw tomorrow night eh...

Hi, I was there next to where Big Show, Kofi, and Vickie were. I was looking forward to this for months. The WWE took A GIANT SHIT ON EVERYONE! I feel ripped off and I know I wasn't alone. After Raw in March at least we went home happy. People were cheering shouting Rock's lines etc... After tonight you could hear a pin drop on the walk to the subway and on the subway it was dead quiet with once in a while someone saying how much MITB sucked. Most of the kids left after Cena won. I thought they would send us home happy. Yeah I will watch Raw but that is the last time they get a cent from me. I just want to forget this whole event and it was a shame too because the crowd was so hot. Other than the Eagles losing those championship games I've never seen people leave an event so quietly. Give me shit I don't care. I'm just reporting what I saw.

Being there live, Which match did you enjoy most? Was the Orton victory ending it what you felt let everyone down or was it more of Bryan/RVD not winning it?
The matches were extremely predictable even by WWE standards. During the Cena match I was calling spots five seconds before they happened and told the kids around me there was a 99.99999% chance of Cena winning so they would be happy. Honestly, we knew Cena was going to win and accepted it. Give the kids their moment, fine. It was Orton winning it. A scream from the rest of the kids that were there followed by silence. Not cheering, not booing, just silence. It was like a visiting team scoring a buzzer beater in Basketball. You just sit there in silence. Like I said, even after Raw in March people went home happy. The event wasn't good up until then other than the Shield/Uso's and the first MITB. Jericho getting pinned via roll up without pulling Jericho's tights? Really? We tolerated Cena winning because we wanted to see one of "our" guys win to go home happy. It was a different crowd from March. It was a more stereotypical Philly crowd vs the more "family" crowd in March. I mean seriously, after a WWE PPV people should be feeling like they were entertained and got their money's worth, not quiet saying how much they hated it. Even after Phillies losses the crowd is louder on the Subway than they were tonight. It took a while for it to hit us that we got shit on.

Sorry to bitch like that guys. This was the first PPV I've been to in a long time. It looks like there were not a lot of people who liked it on here either. Have there ever been WWE/WCW PPV's you went to live and felt ripped off? The match I liked most was the pre-show because it actually exceeded expectations. Sandow winning was not bad. It actually was surprising and Cody got a standing ovation after the match. Fandango also did a great job.

Yeah it was a good ppv all round really with the personal exception of Miz vs Axel. Ryback vs Jericho was weird because of how Ryback was booked, but it wasn't a bad match really. Shield vs Usos was a really good tag match so if you do watch it try and make sure you see the pre show too.

Coughed up the cash and bought this last night. Would have joined ya guys, but my box is in another part of the house. Without further delay, my review.
The Shield vs. The Usos
If the Usos needed a match to give them a reason to hang around the company a little longer, this was it. Great back and forth action from both sides. Reigns and Rollins work awesome together, and Jimmy and Jey seem to have finally hit their stride. It's a pity that there's zero tag team division, these 2 teams could make it interesting. 4/5
WHC Money in the Bank
Most, if not anybody could have won this match. There really wasn't a clear favorite in my opinion, I chose Barrett in Tipsters. Dean Ambrose is the future, no doubt about it. But Cody Rhodes............well fucking done. For a guy who gets ribbed on for being such a small guy, he can go with the big boys. The Shield coming out scared me a bit because I like Ambrose as much as the next guy, but's too early for him to move up to WHC status. Drawback was that when the camera cut to Sandow scurrying behind the timekeeper's area, it was a given he was gonna win. So ends Team Rhodes Scholars, and another tag team needed for the division. 3.5/5
The Miz vs. Mr. Perfect Jr.
Not much to say here. Heyman getting ejected pissed off some Philly fans. Although I'd rather creative/Vince let Axel stay with the Perfectplex as his finisher instead of that faceslam thingy he used to pin The Miz with. 3/5
Kaitlyn vs. A.J. Lee
AJ wins with the Black Widow submission. This storyline for her is over and done with, time for her to move along. But to what? Creative gonna pull another name out of the hat in back and give her a shot? The Bellas gonna run to their guys and have them ask Vince if they can be champs again? The Funkycheerleaders gonna break up and go solo? It's time WWE goes to the farm and bring up some new faces or goes looting from TNA. 2.5/5
Chris Jericho vs. Ryback
This match is sponsored by The Terminator movie franchise. Coming to a theater near you! Nothing special here, I wasn't expecting the roll-up finish. 2.5/5
Zigs vs. A.D.R
You could feel it the vibe. The whole city was behind him. "Dolph's gonna win. We're gonna try this again, he's got this." Match of the night by far. Both men bringing out their best. AJ's music hits, and i'm pretty sure the entire fanbase around the wold said "Fuck, she's gonna screw him over!" And, yeah that's what happened. Great match gone to waste. Pretty sure if Ziggler won, the roof would have came off. The "You screwed Ziggler!" chants from the crowd was great. Tonight is going to be interesting. 4.5/5
Mark Henry vs. John Cena.
This.......match........was.........sloooooooooooooooooooow. Atleast let Mark go 13 minutes nonstop destruction. The other 2 minutes is Cena winning. Pretty sure it was 4 minutes between action when Henry was in control. Henry kicking out of the A.A. give everyone a glimmer of home. But the guy tweeted it best during the match: "My heart says Henry, my brain says Cena" Damn you, SuperCena. 2/5
WWE Title Money in the Bank
Crime scene, car wreck, massive workplace accident. Call it what you want, your match of the night and head scratcher right here. Hey, it's RVD! Why didn't he come out last? Whatever. Crowd wanted Punk, Bryan or Van Dam to win this. It ain't a Money in the Bank match without a Five Star Frog Splash, RKO off the ladder, or all 6 guys on 2 ladders falling off and going everywhere. Honeymoon's over for CM Punk and Paul Heyman. Obviously gonna lead up to Brock vs. Punk at Summerslam I assume. Orton's climbing the ladder, it's Bryan's turn to get in the ring! He's supposed to win this! Orton's at the top! He's stalling for time!................Still stalling! Orton.......wins? I know the dirt sheets were saying he wanted to turn heel in a bad way. And I don't mind another Orton title run. But not like this. I'm intrigued on where this goes. 5/5
Raw should be fun to watch to night. Hope to see you all there.

I enjoyed every match, although I'm so bored of Cena overcoming the odds like it's 2007, the false finishes at least made Henry look good.
Divas match was good, one of the best diva feuds in recent memory, mainly because it's not all rest-holds and rape screams like any Kelly Kelly match.
Sandow winning was really cool, as it injects some fresh blood into the upper-midcard, it's always good when someone different gets a shot. Cody completely sold every moment he was in, I've wanted him to break out for years and hopefully this will be the start of something.
The allstars match was enjoyable to watch, I just didn't want Sheamus to win, so I'm fine with Orton picking up the win after a sick RKO.
I'm liking everything Curtis Axel is doing as well, no complaints at all.
Actually, one complaint... 2 matches with ladders / no DQ and the spanish announce table is still standing at the end of the night, WTF.

Bryan feuding with McGillicutty would be a huge step down, hopefully he just kicks his shit in tonight then if he's not going to be in the title picture he can transition into helping Kane out with the Wyatts or something else high profile to keep his momentum rolling.
I don't have any problems with who went over in either match but Ryback doesn't really look any better than he did going in. The Ziggler finish was telegraphed as soon as AJ Lee's music hit and it kind of pissed all over his BABYFACE FIRE until the match ended. DQ finish made sense, just wasn't a fan of the execution.

Very enjoyable show. I would have had henry winning, but that's just me.
Ambrose was impressive in the MITB match, and even though he didn't win, I think he showed what he can do. Sandow was a fine choice as a winner, and I'm glad that Rhodes finally showed some personality other than "I have a mustache". I liked it.
When Ryback stopped the match against The Miz a few weeks back, I had no idea what the hell they were doing with him. Now, it's the opposite. I find him more interesting than he's ever been. I'm intrigued.
Axel is doing great on the wrestling side of things. If he can speak with a bit more intensity during his promos, he'll be fine. I'm incredibly bored by The Miz however.
The Shield may not be in feuds as important as when they started, but everyone's performances tonight tells me they'll be fine. It's impressive how they can get good matches all the time. I can't recall a bad match with one of the members involved.
The women's match was fine, but I'm not sure about what they are trying to with AJ. So she's psychotic, but then she's helpless and sorry when she messes up Ziggler's match? I bet that she'll come out tonight or next week and say that she was playing with his head or whatever, but it's not clever or anything. If you want to book a run in, just do it. That just made her look dumb.
The match itself with Ziggler was going great until the ending. WHERE WAS BIG E.? I LOVE BIG E.
The Raw MITB match was brutal, but fun to watch. I really don't care for Orton personally, but because of everything else that happened, I'm fine with him winning, as long as they don't have him feud with Cena again. Bryan did not win, but I have a feeling he's going to end up challenging Cena soon anyway. Henry has tapped out, which is usually a feud ender. So what if Bryan challenges, wins, then Orton cashes in right after and wins after turning heel? Bryan chases again and we would have a feud that's not as overplayed as Cena/Orton, plus Bryan seems to be able to get entertaining matches out of Orton.
Yeah. That was longer than I expected.
