I know people are going to shit on the Sandow cash in but the match and lead up were pretty fucking cool, IMO. It also makes sense because too many people have won via MITB and some of them haven't really deserved it and weren't really propelled by it. If Sandow is going to win, it should be through a proper build. And it makes sense for his character to lose in at scenario.

Was a pretty intense match.

Haven't watched the show yet, but have read some of the thread.

If all this stuff with Daniel Bryan leads to a match with HHH where he ultimately goes over, I'd be pretty happy with that. Not sure if that point has been discussed at all, but that is where I see things heading right now.

Personally I loved the Cena/Sandow match. Great story. Sandow is nowhere near the level where he should have a World Title, but depending on what they do, they could use this to give him an actual push.

Crazy to think coming out of the MITB post fued that Cody is way above Sandow in booking and fan status

It makes no sense to me that they acknowledge Bryan and whoever Bella's relationship on raw and smackdown, yet they still try to make us think natty and khali are a "couple" instead of pairing her with Tyson Kidd.. It's the little things..

I wonder how many of them will actually claim to be a former employee of the WWE now.

Hell I put "sports entertainment journalist" on my resume based on the time I spend here.

Couple notes now that I've had a chance to watch:

1) How long will DB get written off tv after that attack?

2) Is Kane hanging up the tights soon? Beyond the promotion for See No Evil 2, a cool storyline would be to have Steph give the mask to a midcarder or promising new talent who suddenly becomes a sadistic bastard when he puts the mask on.

3) Summer Rae sounds like Edith Bunker.

I'm imagining Summer Rae saying "cling peaches in heavy syrup", and I'm just not seeing it.

My biggest criticism of The Authority angle is that the story hasn't really progressed all that much since SummerSlam.

The night after Slam we had HHH proclaiming Orton as the new WWE Champion and "Face of the WWE". We then went back and forth with DB-Orton only to end up right back where we started only with Big Show in the DB position (and DB yet to get even).

3 PPVs to get back to square one. I'd be pissed...if I paid for PPV.

Big Show's character/story has progressed. I've actually been more interested in him than Bryan through this whole thing, so now that he's seemingly getting the shot against Orton, it works for me.

Well yeah you're supposed to be behind Show, he's glommed all of Bryan's heat.

Would have loved to hear Bob Backland say "Triple H is my best friend, he's been there for me when no on else has."

Yeah, Show has developed. As has the stuff with Cody/Goldust but the overall story hasn't.

They literally repeated the same segment on Raw Monday as they did on the post-SummerSlam Raw. We had 6 weeks and 2 PPVs and they basically pressed reset on the whole story.

I'm glad they added Kane and Wyatts as possible Authority Henchman. The Shield is fantastic but they can only be spread so thin. I also get the feeling Bryan is gonna stay hot but be pushed back a bit, maybe a Rumble victory come January?

It pains me to say it, but I can see some parallels between Daniel Bryan and Zack Ryder.

1) Both are internet fanboy favorites.
2) Both have been given a chance to shine, but only to a certain limit (granted, DB's is much higher than ZR's).
3) Both are taken out of the equation by a random attack.

Let's see if DB can recapture the momentum when he gets back (It's my assumption that he's going to be off tv for a while) - something that ZR wasn't able to do. If Bryan IS able to, WWE will know they have someone they can rely on to draw a dime or two.

I doubt Bryan misses a week of TV if that. Gotta get that hype going for Survivor Series.
