The Elimination Chamber is a network only event right? I would imagine it's for the IC title rather than the World title.

I see these network only events being the new In Your House. 2 hour specials with a couple of PPV caliber matches. They don't have to sell them to the crowd to get buys, but if the specials are good it's added value to a network subscription. The pessimistic people might see it as them looking to dump giving away the ppvs in exchange for these specials though.
