Rumor and reports going around the net involves someone or a group breaking into E3 during the night and stealing stuff from booths.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">I just heard some e3 booths were broken into last night and things were stolen. So that's cool.</p>— Fake Media Liason (@AgentTinsley) <a href="https://twitter.com/AgentTinsley/status/874776060943937537">June 13, 2017</a></blockquote>

Could legit see E3 get closed again to the public after just a year.

Unless it was stolen during open hours I don't see how this is a mark against a public E3.

Outside of at least one incident I can remember in recent years, almost all the time stuff gets stolen at E3 in recent years involved someone from the general public. Usually outside of the event either as it was happening like with Giant Bomb one year or targeting places devs would hang out afterwards and nab stuff there.
Not a good sign the first year the actual event gets open to the public, a major theft occured.

They could use it as a black mark to cover up their horrible organisation. Apparently it's awful there.

Watched Sony this morning.
They're not gonna let Uncharted go, are they? Oh well, whatever makes you money.
Days Gone looks wonderful. Just might go reserve that.
Shadow of the Colossus goes to PS4. I don't think it was needed, but whatever.
God of War 4 looks fabulous. The Norse mythology direction looks like it's gonna work out a-ok.
Want Spider-Man........now.
Ooooooooooonly thing that pissed me off was that the bulk of that show we have to wait until 2018 for. I figured atleast Spider-Man would be ready for the upcoming movie. Or be released during fall/winter 2017.

Life is Strange prequel won't have the rewind feature from the first game nor Dotnoid as its developer. Instead the big changes are mainly in terms of the game's tone and Deck Nine as the developer.
Game itself is also going to be shorter than the first in terms of time needed to finish. Anywhere between 6-9 hours split between three episodes.

Also Ubisoft's Michel Ancel ended up squashing rumors of Beyond Good & Evil 2 being a timed exclusive for the Switch. Also stated to ignore the platform list on the Space Monkeys website since the game isn't guaranteed to be arriving on them either.

According to Phil Spencer, main reason why the Scorpio/X's price is $500 is due to them not budging on reducing power for a lower price. They wanted the most powerful console and knew it meant both backlash and the price being higher than they would like.
The X is also meant to entice more PC developers on board to make games for the Xbox One without having to sacrifice things.
Also just talked about being happy with having a partnership with Nintendo in regards to Minecraft. Implied it being deeper than Nintendo simply just wanting the game for the Switch.

Joe tweeted earlier about liking the new DBZ game he saw and played at E3.

 at Woods' story of how Cena got the WWE locker room addicted to mobile game Clash of Clans for a while. Got to the point where people would avoid going to the locker room or avoid contact with others if they performed poorly for their WWE clan. Same for jokes about who got the most stars or stats.

I hope the useless crap I purchased for my Avy gets upgraded too. Love my Winter Soldier attire.
Also hopefully this means more Avatar integration in some games.

Some E3 stuff:
* New Call of Duty game has a new mode called War which Destructoid and PCWorld compared to Overwatch and Battlefield 1's objective based matches.
It’s very Overwatch-esque in a way, mimicking that game’s dynamic point-capture into payload-escort maps. Here, the objective changes every four minutes or so, with the attacking team progressing through four different stages on the way to victory—first capturing a Nazi HQ building, then building a bridge across a ravine, capturing an ammo depot, and then escorting a tank (basically a payload with a gun attached) through the streets.
If time runs out before any stage is completed, the attackers lose.
Also no Create A Class feature for this game and instead pre-set classes. Leveling up is a lot closer to the Battlefield series now in the sense of being able to level up individual classes called "divisions" in the game.
http://www.pcworld.com/article/3201044/gaming/hands-on-call-of-duty-wwiis-new-war-mode-is-its-most-radical-multiplayer-change-in-a-decade.html
* One of the villains for Insomniac's Spider-Man game was revealed to be Mr Negative but he's not the main villain of the game. The game's story was stated to be a blend of Peter Parker's regular life and Spider-Man stuff with Mr Negative acting as one of the bridges for it. Also confirmed what people assumed about Batman Arkham series being the huge inspiration for the game's combat.
https://www.destructoid.com/mr-negative-is-just-one-of-the-villains-in-insomniac-s-ps4-exclusive-spider-man-442788.phtml
* Nintendo revealed Super Mario Odyssey features a co-op mode similar to Super Mario Galaxy series in terms of how limited it is.
Similar to how Super Mario Galaxy handled multiplayer, Super Mario Odyssey will feature a co-op mode that lets player two take control of Cappy, Mario's now sentient hat. When active, Cappy will float around the environment separate of Mario and be able to collect various pick ups as well as defeat enemies. Cappy will also be invincible, because he's a bad ass like that.

I'm getting the sense that Nintendo simply doesn't think a core 3D Mario game for some reason is incompatible with traditional multiplayer.

Apparently Burnout Revenge ended up being the inspiration for Shadow of Modor's Nemesis system according to Monolith Production's Mike de Plater and Andy Salisbury during their segment on tonight's Giant Bomb night show.
Shadow of War's Nemesis system is basically designed where hard mode is the devs ideal way to play the game based on the changes they made for it.

I'm getting the sense that Nintendo simply doesn't think a core 3D Mario game for some reason is incompatible with traditional multiplayer. What? They've had 'traditional' simultaneous multiplayer in Super Mario 3D World, and then passive multiplayer like this in the Galaxy games. No idea what your sentence is saying.

Do I do the thing I do or let him think he something I don't regarding this subject....?I'm asking you. I honestly have no idea what you think. I was trying to work it out.
But if it's a choice, I'd rather "let him think he something". That sounds good to me.

The core line 3D Mario games on consoles are 64, Sunshine, Galaxy, and Galaxy 2. 3D World is a sequel to 3DS' 3D Land. Fun multiplayer, but an obvious deviation from the main series. Odyssey, like the Galaxy games, has this 'helper' kind of multiplayer that isn't what people would think if you were to imagine 'multiplayer Mario'.
What they had in 3D World, however, would be exactly what I'm talking about.

According to Destrudtoid, new Assassin's Creed game has some influences from Dark Souls and Far Cry Primal in regards to the changes made to gameplay. Also the game has a lot more RPG-like aspects than previous games in the series.
