Anyways.... seems so "bizarre" that someone (a whole lot of people) thought that this was a good idea for the first ever "live action" Pokemon movie.

It looks good but for me, it's probably going to be a miss.

I'm not really a fan of Ryan Reynolds or his voice.

Ryan Reynolds' voice doesn't really suit Pikachu and I feel like there were much better names that could have voiced him.

I have not remotely followed Pokémon for the past 18-20 years, but I want to see this film.

That's one of the reasons why I'm not really a fan of Ryan Reynolds voicing Pikachu, because we're just going to get a lot of Deadpool Pokémon "jokes" and references until a while after the film's release.

Had one pokemon game boy game, never had any of the cards but the trailer makes it interesting. I was more of a Digimon fan as a kid and didnt watch much of the pokemon show.

This makes me want to shove a pencil in my urethra, but i bet it does a ton of money. I've never gotten the Pokemon phase. Nor have I ever gotten the Harry Potter Phase. I might be fucking weird. Well ya i am for sure.

Nintendo only owns 33% of pokemon. They dont have to sign off on these things.

I think they should make an "R-rated" version of Detective Pikachu; it would make tons of cash.
