It looks good but for me, it's probably going to be a miss.

I'm not really a fan of Ryan Reynolds or his voice.

Ryan Reynolds' voice doesn't really suit Pikachu and I feel like there were much better names that could have voiced him.

That's one of the reasons why I'm not really a fan of Ryan Reynolds voicing Pikachu, because we're just going to get a lot of Deadpool Pokémon "jokes" and references until a while after the film's release.

Had one pokemon game boy game, never had any of the cards but the trailer makes it interesting. I was more of a Digimon fan as a kid and didnt watch much of the pokemon show.
