You're right. We need more Jack Tunneys.

It is kind of another thing NXT is doing right. William Regal isn't actively interfering with careers every week. He's either there to make a major decision on a matchup, announce the next TakeOver PPV, or introduce a new roster member.

That drama they spend on some asshat "running the show" on RAW/Smackdown could be time spent on helping make someone else on the roster for the future.

I have a feeling Heath gets inserted as the special referee in Braun vs Corbin at TLC. Corbin will offer to keep Rhyno on if Heath just "does his job". Heath is going to screw Corbin so Braun picks up the win. If they gave Rhynos announcement the air time, it eliminates the angle from being used (which would make giving Heath the ref shirt pointless) or it telegraphs the outcome.

Did you ever notice these low attendance photos are always taken when nothing is happening/early in the night? The one was clearly taken well before Raw even went on the air.

These posters are creating a lie the same way WWE does with attendance figures. I'd say at least 2000 people don't show up for dark matches or main event tapings.

The first photo has far more people during Raw then the 2nd pic during main event.

Not being an apologist, but the main event pic is a misrepresentation of the actual attendance.

The most watched videos on WWE's YouTube page since Survivor Series have involved Becky Lynch, Ronda Rousey, Charlotte Flair, Braun Strowman, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Randy Orton & Rey Mysterio. Views are in the millions for each. The rest are doing 'just ok'.

The move of SDLive to FOX I feel will either be a glorious success (due to FOX giving meticulous and specific guidelines in regards to production quality and storylines...the Kevin Dunn era could soon end) or be a massive failure. My gut feeling is it will be one or the other.


I predict they will send the big stars to SD, because why would FOX want to promote stars on a NBCUniversal Cable station, and WWE will view FOX as potential to garner more viewers and fans via being available to more eyeballs than USA Network. Worst case scenario is RAW's ratings collapse significantly on USA as it clearly becomes the "B" show and SD flops bc no one wants to watch it on a Friday night, regardless of the network. SD possibly gets relegated to Fox Sports shortly after. Then WWE, in a worst case scenario, has both of their signature programs at a significant ratings deficit and both draw for live tv what current house shows draw, 1,500 - 2,000 fans.


Oddly enough if that happens I could still see WrestleMania being a huge success, because there will always be enough of a hardcore fanbase to attend a stadium show, once yearly, despite the current tv, based on the name recognition of the event.
